I don't fry anymore! The best fish recipe my Turkish friends taught me. If you love baked mackerel, be sure to try this recipe. Turkish fish recipe that impressed everyone! How to cook delicious fish in the oven. Delicious and inexpensive dinner for fish lovers. Cook with love! Cook with joy!
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
2 fish (mackerel).
Cut off the fins.
Cut off the head and tail.
Clean the insides.
Remove bones.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Dry garlic.
Paprika.
Drizzle with vegetable oil.
Lubricate surface well.
Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
1 onion.
Grind with a blender.
Fry over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Chop 2 peppers.
4 cloves of garlic.
Grind with a blender.
Fry over medium heat for 2 minutes.
3-4 tomatoes.
Grind with a blender.
Mix well.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Ground basil.
Cook until thickened, 6-7 minutes.
After 30 minutes.
Bake at 180°C for 7 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for another 5-6 minutes at 180°C.
Everything is ready.
Our delicious dinner is ready.

Соус на пергаменте !?перцы можно было бы взять одного цвета- результат тот же .
