Once Bowser is defeated and dethrone by Mr. L, L would use Bowser's minions, Bowser's wealth and his own wealth and power to build weapons so he could take over the whole world as well as a giant Mr. L mech.
And it's up to Super Mario and his friends to join forces and stop Mr. L and his reign for power

I think there was some stuff that said the mansion disappeared after Luigi Caught King Boo. In Luigi's Mansion DS (The Remake) we are told that "the Mansion disappeared without a trace" (i don't know if it's specific to rank h or is it in all endings) and the "Mansion" in Luigi's Mansion 3 breaks down and the credit scene shows them rebuilding the Hotel, which the rebuilt hotel is how your rank in that game is shown. Real cool theory, but considering that E. Gadd took ALL the money from Luigi to build him a new mansion (as stated in the after credits screen) in the original, remake and third game and the old mansion disappeared / crumbled, that kinda debunks it. At least that's what i think.
The remake I think needed to have Luigi upgrade his Poltergust with the proceeds, and I don't know if the homeless ghosts would have sued Luigi for Ghostbusters-level property destruction if he didn't rebuild the Last Resort (with the ghosts being better management than Helen Gravely).
