Adam, thank you for another nice review. Been waiting for part 2.
Glad you liked it. Part III will be publishing tomorrow!
My 2019 #YamahaMT07 is the most fun & i've received the most compliments than any bike i've ever owned! Bought it in Denver and rode it to Phoenix where i'm spending the winter! Just did the Yoshimura rear fender eliminator kit & Akrapovic without DM exhaust is next! #IkonStealth jacket & #HJC matte black helmet! 127 mph top speed low end torque wheelie machine!✌
Very important to have a wide assortment of riding gear so as to always be comfortable in all types of weather which makes riding always more enjoyable. It's worth the investment and can be done affordably over time. I've accumulated five outfits to ride in temperatures from 0Fº to 100Fº in all possible weather conditions.
My man waheed killing the moto journalists game ! Awesome video.
Mine is coming to the dealer this week in intensity white. Thank you for the thorough review!
So glad to see you sticking in there without a company\sponsor backing you. Isee the community is supporting you strongly and you deserve it. Thanks for all the miles.
Hi TheYakkis - only time will tell if it works but I appreciate your note. Be sure to follow the links in the description if you ever need hard parts and accessories for your bike - and wearing apparel, too.
You know what, all my riding gear is worn out. I'll check it out.
Gah I can't wait for this bike to come to the states. I've pre-ordered it and now just playing the wait game
You're already one of my favorites!
Adam, I had the pleasure of running into you up at GMR in Southern California riding on a weekday... been a big fan ever since... glad to be part of the channel... would love to see more reviews on bikes...but also gear... and dirt riding !!!
I remember that day...
I think you guys were test riding the BMW S1000rr in 2010?... i was on my old naked GS500.... that thing handled pretty well before I got rid of it... thats why I was wondering about the FZ07 for commuting in LA... Thanks and job well done... looking forward to more vids
Really well made video, B roll is 👌🏽
Nice, glad you liked this video.
eh! don't disturb me. I am taking a tour of the beautiful southern California..... really.. these kind of reviews not only provide information on bikes but also offer rare glimpses and insights into the beauty of the world seven seas beyond. Thanks a lot. Watching from far away India
The best outro!
I'd love to see a comparison review of the same category bikes as this. Very informative video btw. Keep it up sir :)
Great review, I’m just about to finish my tests and am hoping to get the XSR700 in a couple of weeks, it’s great to hear it and its twin brother are good beginner bikes from different reviewers, and that they have enough grunt for plenty of fun to be had.
Also I recognise those gloves there! I bought them myself and think they are awesome, I feel like I made a good choice now.
I'm personally not crazy about the vlog style. It's okay for a while, but I like to see a human stand up and talk. I watch anyway due to your detailed reviews.
Hi Will, I am not either! Haha. Just published a more "conventional" video that I hope you like. Check it out.
Beautiful bike! I just wish all manufacturers would put usd forks on their smaller bikes. Love that crossplane crank sound. Much better than a traditional parallel twin.
Enjoyed your video... at least the parts about the MT 07...
Nice ride man!!!! fun bike on twisty roads, not much has changed in the performance but the 2018 model certainly looks cool.
I noticed that Yamaha put play in the bars I don't know why. Also in the newer bike moved the dash off to the side and that is lame. I have owned several Yamaha's from only their PWC's and endless dirtbikes and a Maxim 1100... I love the videos that you are cranking out. Thanks
Let's see a 2018 MT-09
show us things like
r1 vs mt1
s1000rr vs s1000r track times
rsv4 vs tuono
is it a Review off the bike or the gloves?
There are not a Sumitomo caliper but Advics calipers.
ABS is obligated in the EU since 2016.
Nice review. I watched your review on the Honda Cb300r and made me buy it as my first bike. Been looking to upgrade and looking for your review on the XSR700 ...if you have one, could you please send me a link? thanks
Where was this filmed?
This was filmed in the country of Spain.
Haha, good commercial, though you failed to mention your brand of underwear. LOL. But having said that, I wish you well and plan on ordering some stuff through your channel.
Haha- very funny!!
Thank you too, btw.
Very good
Where can I get the tank pads?? :)
Microfones for helmet. It is really giving me a hard time looking for proper reviews on which microfone to use integrated headset for helmets. If you could make a video about those and leave some links in the comments that would be great.
I wonder how much Yamaha save using an axial mount, semi-monoblock caliper (and suitable KYB forks) instead of the radial mount Sumitomo/Advics calipers they have on their higher level machines? I'm surprised they're still being made. I guess when you're building to a price every penny counts.
This one or on the left are the best position for the camera video
Yeah, I agree. That's why I do it this way. Have for years.
Adam, another nice review, bikes these days just seem to get better & better out of the crate. Ninja 400 or FZ 07? For street riding & occasional track days. They're both great bikes. How bout some street or track riding tips to stay safe but yet have fun during spirited riding?
Jim Mansi more fun with the mt07
The Ninja 400 is probably a little bit better, but both great bikes!
XSR700! XSR700 vs MT07!
I am from India could you guide me for purchasing new yamahaMT 07
Duke 790 please
I will put that on the to-do list.
Sir will it suit for short riders (5 feet height )
Could I do a track day at 215-200lbs with gear on this?
Yes, you can do a track day on this machine.
I was going to get a 2018 MT-07, but the insurance on an XSR900 was much cheaper!
Weird how that worked, haha.
Yeah it makes no sense! But it lead me in the right direction, and now I have a better bike, so it all worked out!
Yup. I realize that. I'm eligible for cheapest insurance available is what one company said, perfect record, 45 yrs old, etc.. Still it doesn't make much sense, since the XSR900 is basically an FZ-09, and way faster than an FZ-07. But hopefully a bunch of kids won't start buying XSR900s and wrecking them so my insurance stays low!
Insurance is like $50 a month for full coverage on the MT. How much cheaper do you want lol
Answer to your question is: as little as possible. Insurance for my car, full collision, is around 580 a year. For my TW200, it was about $75 a year. An MT07 or MT-09 would have been 650 to 750 a year. Now for my XSR900 and TW200 combined it's around $350 a year. I got the better bike anyways, and pay half the insurance, so not worried about it.
You'r riding literally double the speed limit.
YT1344 speed limits were set for cars in 1970 not motorcycles built in 2018
I think he did this in Europe. The motorcycle speed is in KPH not MPH
That is correct - thanks for writing the appropriate answer.
Change the title of the video a d replace it with the name of the gloves!!!! Ήμαρτον!!!!!!
Next thing this advertising guru will talk about is his fucking underwear
