Somehow, Britannia retuned 😂
Really, the rise of skywalker reference.
I forgave them a little for it once I realized that it's just a small section of Japan that got taken over by a Brittanian remnant. So it's still a small scale problem, similar to Resurrection. Although I am curious to see if Lelouch himself gets involved, and to what degree.
@@phootaphan9166 plus it also makes sense, just because the main bulk of the empire has been defeated, it doesn't mean everyone will just give up and say "fine you win."
So it's not too surprising for a splinter to stir shit in a vain hope to reclaim what they lost.
Compare to lelouch journey.Roze of recapture is more like a walk in a park
@@DewDewdl That's why it's Lelouch's side quest. He's probably the mastermind behind Rozé's geass. So, Rozé's wish may be in line with what lelouch wants to do. Didn't he say that he would rid the world of unworthy geass users? Maybe Rozé is one of the few who are worthy of geass like Akito.
As time passes I understand why Sunrise (or Bandai idk anymore) decided to keep with the alternate timeline. This has everything to go... bad. So if it really does, the og timeline stays intact. Kind of a genius move.
The fact that Zilkshtan and the whole plan of Shamna exist already doomed the ending of the series if Leluoch not resurrected as to what happen in the event of Re;surrection tbh.
Basically ended with the peace only lasting a year with Nunnally and Suzaku likely to be dead. Unless we said that those event didn't happen or resolved without Lelouch intervention which i pretty much doubt, it basically the worst situation for Lelouch as it tramples on his dream of a better world for his sister, Zero Requiem existence, and the wish of C.C.
Only if he ruled the world forever and became immortal.
The ending of Code Geass was only like this in the first place because Ichiro Okouchi believed that the only ending Lelouch deserved was death after everything he had done, the goal of 'Zero Requiem' is mostly an excuse for the script to give him a positive approach to what is basically suicide.
@@time847 Just say he went with Schneizel plan.
Leaves the original series in it's own closed capsule while still leaving space for expansion and I really love that because it perfectly delineates the original and the new stuff
i mean Neo Britannia taking over Hokkaido is small improvement from Britannia taking over a third of the world
So it would seem. But it makes me wonder, why would Neo-Britannia take over just Hokkaido instead of the entire country of Japan like Britannia did before?
@@m.a.2633 I imagine Neo-Britania doesn't have the resources to scrape together to hold Japan and the shield is doing the heavy lifting of keeping the Black Knights out of Hokkaido.
@@m.a.2633 My guess is that the barrier mentioned in the video is only around that part and they were only able to take it because of a quick and efficient surprise attack against a low amount of soliders, before rising the barrier to have the best defense agaisnt the Black Knights, and if they tried to attack anywhere else they would have been completely destroyed
@@Whitethebrit That's my theory as well and they wanted to capture Sakuya.
They invade Hokkaido for plot sake, there are ton of place to invade in the world to rebuild their empire and they chose a rock in the middle of nowhere
I don't think people understand. Peace is never permanent. No matter how much time passes, there will be conflict. Lelouch had a solution for the problem at the time, it doesn't mean it was useless.
True but story telling has a conclusion and end. When you present a story as complete and having ended a certain way you can't change that for the sake of a sequel. The ending loses the impact because it was supposed to bring an end to the story but now we're being gotcha'd. Stories yes are a reflection of real life, but a mirror doesn't show the entire world.
@@notthefbi7015 You're not lying. But the thing is, this isn't canon. The story ended in 2008. It's an alternate universe timeline (the movies). Sunrise are milking the living hell out of the franchise. Can't say I'll complain because I love code geass, it's my #1.
@@notthefbi7015I don't think it affect anything we've been stuck from that ending for years man code geass needs a new story and a season like in Gundam 079 they ended the war but in a few year they go back into war again to fight the same enemy the last forces who were left after the war like there's always a guy who.will replace lelouch
@@David-bv1pj Sure but in the 4th movie, they manage to create an enemy that still made sense. This is going against Lelouch's plan that included destroying most of Sakuradite (aka fewer Knightmares)and killing the Britanian aristocracy.
At least make it a different empire
Fun fact: Roze is an anagram of Zero
It’s not an anagram, it’s Zero backwards in Japanese.
@@AwsOm3Fac3what do you think an anagram is?
It's a word that is made by rearranging another word, using the same letters.
Like Santa and Satan, or Sugar and Argus. Roze IS an Anagram of Zero. Even I Japanese, as, like you said, it's just the same word Backwards. That's an anagram.
@matthewrowlett1564 Well this is more just a palindrome that happens to be really short. Though all palindromes are technically anagrams in a language like this...
@@natchu96 wait... isn't a palindrome a word that is spelled the same both directions, like Mom or Wow or noon?
@@matthewrowlett1564thats a palindrome, had to look it up, you can too.
What I find weird is that Lelouch used his time as Emperor of Britannia hunting down and killing all the people that would cause this kind of thing to happen, with Suzaku and Orange being the ones to carry out their executions. So Neo Britannia should have been nipped in the bud.
my thoughts exactly
Lelouch is not omniscient and splinter factions are not out of the realm of possibility for a Empire that conquered the world and is unceremoniously forced to give it up.
@@greatsageequaltoheaven8115 while that is reasonable, my point is that Lelouch dismantled and butchered the proud aristocracy itself. While he didn’t kill all aristocrats, as demonstrated with Milly and her family, he did kill all those that were attached to their titles and rank and used them for power. And those that attached to their titles and ranks would try to fight back after having them taken away, if they had clear enough heads and intelligent enough minds they wouldn’t be as attached to their ranks and titles. Bare minimum, the 2 siblings at the beginning of this episode are the exact people who would have been killed while Lelouch was doing his thing. He also spent a long time on it, he’s not omniscient sure, but he took the time and effort to target them all before his death, at that point it’s not about omniscience, the people you’re talking about would have had to not only not demonstrate that strong of an attachment to their ranks and titles, which kind of betrays them having done this after Lelouch’s death to begin with, but also stay underground during Lelouch’s entire reign with no real indication on their part that his reign would have ended during their lifetimes.
Realistically, under Lelouch’s tenure as the Emperor of Britannia, it achieved the most numerous and significant victories, meaning the Britannian Army should have been very loyal to him due to the victories and glory he brought them. He had amassed so much power and centralized it around himself that he alone was the force that drive Britannia forward. So somehow world peace is achieved after Lelouch died is stupid, considering that Britannia is a huge and expansive empire with centralized power. In other words, it should have collapsed into infighting and civil wars, with the core of the empire being the most contested battleground, not the world peace like the show likes to portray.
It’s like the aot finale all over again, Eren’s sacrifice & change upon the world will not stop the endless cycle of human greed for power
It's way different. Lelouch basically was Kim Jong Un of the world where even Britannians hated him. The people of Paradis actually supported Eren, Eren only got the few surviving nations to hate him but only made things worse by creating a Facist country.
Eren killed 80% of humanity, while Lelouch held the world by its throat via the Damocles, and he didn't even murder all of the nations citizens. Eren was just dumb and forced his friends to be peace ambassadors. Lelouch actually used human nature as an advantage to stop most of the wars and to be the most hated human on earth
It's hard to change the whole world when you massacre 80% of the world and Paradis supported his massacre in the world. Also, it's not like WW2 where Germany took accountability and deeply apologized for their actions, Paradis never did that, and in fact only made it worse by again pushing it's support for what Eren did. It's no wonder that they got bombed in the future they probably idolized Eren
At least Eren's plan made it so Paradisis survived longer than a generation, seems like Lelouch's didn't last a decade.

oh boy! how glad i am that nothing the OG Series and Lelouch did had any meaning
This is based on the movie trilogy timeline so R2 ending is still canon.
They still made the world a better place. Despite this video's phrasing, 90% of Japan is still free. Only Hokkaido was conquered.
Re:surrection is canon, and tbh the manga version of it pretty much follows the anime series version (technically the manga version, but it more or less the same compared to the movie trilogy). The one who retrived Lelouch's resurrected corpse was Jeremiah instead of Sherley.
The fact that Zilkshtan and the whole plan of Shamna exist already doomed the ending of the series if Leluoch not resurrected as to what happen in the event of Re;surrection tbh. Basically ended with the peace only lasting a year with Nunnally and Suzaku likely to be dead.
@@mx4744 so u think nunnally and suzaku are dead now? how many of the OG characters do you think we will see in this sequel? bc they only took hokkaido...
would like to see lelouch's reaction to roze copying his theatrics lmfao
bro forgor to copy right them
One things I like about this installment is that there is a tiny bit of progress of ethnic racism fading. Yes, Neo Brittania are filled with mostly racist oppressors, but the Hokkaido rebellion group appreciates Roze and Ashe, two Brittanian brothers helping the Japanese people.
Further Spoilers for Episode 2-6 down below
Cornelia communicates and cooperates with the Japanese people of the Black Knights as a representative of the Republic of Britannia.
Nina appears again to help Roze, Ash and the Hokkaido Rebellion to nullify the Damocles and their Fleiya Weapon. Nina also asks Roze on why he as a Brittanian (although he's just really a Japanese princess on the inside) is able to help the Japanese so easily.
Fucking spoilers dude
Instead of developing Lelouch's story, the company went down some crazy path. New characters, alternative history. They move away from their roots and lose their attractiveness. No Lelouch, let them watch it themselves.
Thanks for the coverage barely no ones talks about this show lmao...
I know people say that peace never last, but I really can't see how Neo-Britannia rose up. With Britannia no longer being the world country it was, and the massacre of ALL Britannian households under the reign of Lelouch vi Britania, as well as the presence of the united federation of nations, it seems almost impossible for any rise of new power in such short period of times.
It's also weird that Neo-Britannia went after Japan. In the final-battle between Lelouch and Schneider, Lelouch blew up the entire mine of Sakuradite inside Mt. Fuji, destroying the very reason why people targeted Japan in the first place.
So after all of this info, the new Neo-Britannians somehow restore their nobility after the massacre, somehow once again capture Japan, somehow rebuild the Democles again...
when you say they rebuild democles.... it got me thinking...
did Lelouch fail to destroy democles and zero requiem didn't go so well as we thought in this timeline?
This recap kind of MIs represents what is actually happening though. They didn’t take over Japan. Just a single prefecture. Most North American cities are larger or about the same size for perspective. And the Damocles wasn’t rebuilt. It was secretly constructed from stolen plans. The zero requiem made it unfeasible to start a world war in the same way his father did. This remains true. And is proven by how underhanded and convoluted both the antagonists of the movie and the guys here need to behave. Because there just isn’t many avenues to run up and declare war in a world where most countries are united by the federation and the black knights have extra national punitive authority. Corruption will never die. And conflict will happen again. But the empire of brittania as it was can no longer exist in their current world.
@@SH1NK1R01 Thanks for the insight.
Lelouch's Geass needs eye contact.
Sakuya's Geass needs to use voice.
I don’t know why but the first few minutes of the episode and some of the character designs remind me heavily of Gundam. Also the opening soundtrack is a banger!
1:18 I mean come on that guy just looks like another Char.
Sunrise is responsible for making both Code Geass and Gundam so you’re technically correct 👍
@@CyraTheDead oh right, I should've known
Lelouch now known as 👉 L2 & C2 have to make an appearance in this show at sometime if only for a talk after she's injured or as they are resting or pointed in there direction for something
Oh i can't wait to see this
I really like the first episode. I hope we get to see C.C again and if possible Kallen and Lelouch
So did I.
YES
Not me. If they bring Lellouche back, then we will have to get our final answer if he became immortal or not. The movie… I’m not sure it’s really canon.
@@Anaken12 i mean he got a code in the resurrection so that probably means he became immortal?
They should at least give a flashback about Leluoch or L.L.
In the Code Geass Roze trailer, L.L is the one who gives Geass to Roze/Sakuya Sumeragi
So you're telling me this is just The Force Awakens, but Code Geass.
No, it makes sense that a whole empire wouldn't be defeated easily.
Cant wait.
I liked this episode but i hate how it takes place only a few years after Zero Requiem.
Yeah it should be yeeeeeaaarrrsss after
On one hand Lelouch and his geassing of the human subconscious basically guaranteed that peace would be short lived, but also between the subtle thought of "well what if I want to bring back popular ___ character" and the semi-negative impact of Boruto influencing studios probably all had a degree of influence over the choice made.
Tbh I always thought that Zero requim was meant to assure that no major wars would happen again (like Britannia vs eu) so mankind could live in relative peace, while smaller conflicts would still occur (kinda like our world after SSSR collapse). Doesn't really change that Neo Britannia's existence is still stupid.
@@suncanny1418 a single micro state based out of a single prefecture? How is that so unbelievable? Also again back to Lelouch and the Collective unconscious. Now the Black Knights and the UFN are permeantly sabotaged, the one force for the stagnation of the world, the guys who "oh neighbors want to fight, well time for papa world government to force them to stop and force the status quo to be maintained have come to force everything to stay in what Lelouch thought was Utopia" well they can never succeed not truly, the conflicts will always happen and the changes will always happen.
It makes sense because there's probably a lot of brittanias who don't want to lose the war
So far so good not complaining
I still think the Neo Britannians might be unlucky consequence of Lelouch's actions. I mean, in most autocratic regimes, u have fanatics, these guys might not even have been Geassed and they enjoyed Lelouche's reign of terror and they got hurt by him dying and their beloved global superpower falling apart.
Neo Britannia is basically the First Order from the Star Wars Sequel Trilogy
In the thumbnail, I first thought the picture on the left looked like Megumin.
I’m actually supporting this spin off a bit more cuz it makes sense that there’d maybe still be an offshoot of Britannia trying to bring it back
This is like star wars all over again ...
Resets everything to how it once was. Britannia is all evil again. Japan is all eleven again. Nothing the old characters did or achieved matters. The old mc gets replaced by a female version of himself with the same powers.
😢 ya.
It would be Such a Plot twist if Lelouch and C2 comes back again in this roze of the recapture Sequel, Well, she did get her geass from Lelouch So i think We may get to see him or a just a Glance of screentime of his in the future
Neo Britannia is equivalent of a rogue state with little to no power outside of Hokkaido. The only reason they still live is because of the force field and the moment that thing get blown sky high the Black Knight will put them all six feet under.
Yup but you need to destroy the energy shield and you have only two way. First destroy émitter inside realistly impossible if it was the japanese rebel would have done it in the firsr place. Second ways attacking it so the power plant that supply it with energy couldnt continue to maintain it or détériorate more faster or make a huge stress on the emitter who could be stop working but it would take time. So yeah when the forcefield would be out order the neo britannia empire would collapse. But destroying the energy wall is not easy.
Here's my breakdown of Roze of the Recapture's first episode.
Let me know what you thought of the episode in the comment section below
So you're telling me everyone had Geass manifest in their iris, but Rozé just has to be ✨ different ✨
Also the fight scene was so god damn lame. Dudes just stood there and took it.
The way that bro just played chess was very weirdly done as well.
It was cool when Lelouch did it, because it had some meaning behind it. These guys are just doing it for no reason whatsoever.
They are grunts, so why would you expect them to do better in combat?
@@bluespaceman7937 To do anything? They have the ultimate weapons of destruction. Bro didn't move an inch the whole fight. Super underwhelming
@@tzoied Ash was running circles around them and he's much faster. The element of surprise was in his favor.
if you ever watched Lelouch of Resurrection which by your comment I can see you haven't, there's this things called Geass fragments, which were scattered all over the world after the events in Resurrection, Sakuya Sumeragi might have one of those and might allow her to use the power of the Geass without needing the actual Geass. And if it isn't that, her Geass works by hearing it would make no sense to be in the eye when it works by hearing.
@@symphonixblades yeah exactly, plus since in Resurrection, they said Lelouch killed the God of C's World. The rules of how Geass works can be altered.
This makes a lot of sense because there was just something very feminine about Roze, which I have no problem with but now its easy to understand since Roze is literally a female.
YES
Lo, the hubris of man.
I call it Neutered Neo Zeon
Great!
YES
Well, honeslty i dont mind even if this is canon, because things dont just become a complete paradise even with all the sacrifices made in the OG timeline. Changes i believe are pushed by individuals but are slow to take place so its not completely to believe "the world is getting better but its not like there inst problems to solve yet".
I think there's a perspective of the original Code Geass seasons you seem to not have considered.
Lelouch's plan was to create peace, but that does not mean "total world peace" as that's unrealistic at best.
I think it was symbolically representative to the "great peace" that our world is currently in after ww2. ofc, there's still big countries having wars against small, and proxywars going on, but this period is called the great peace because the amount of worldchanging wars before ww2 simply halted after.
Now, resurrection was meant to be a canon S3 before the creators chickened out and turned it into an alternate timeline and a single movie later, so keep that in mind when you read this:
When a game of chess ends, you turn the board around and switch color, the white player becomes the black player and vice versia.
Britannia in the OG series was clearly the aggressors and had a huge head start on Lelouch and his black knights, hell, the whole killing his mom and colonizing Japan could be considered as the first move, and killing cloves could be Lelouch's etc..
After the Zero Requiem, the white side (the one with advantage) is the United federations of nations or whatever Lelouch ended up calling it, against the countries that lives of of war like
Zilkhistan and their leader Shamna.
Zilkhistan prospered when Britannia held power as their main source of income (and resources) is weaponry, and when the Zero Requiem hit they lost not only their source of income, but also their sense of identity. They had to go to war, and is a very good representation of the remaining monarchical warmongers after Britannia. They act against an opponent that has advantage (The UFN) meaning they could also be viewed as the black side of the chessboard, using the same symbolistic logic as I did with the black knights above.
Lelouch was never meant to achieve world peace, he was meant to achieve the great peace. Remember, Code Geass is an alternate timeline from our own, where USA lost the civil war and English monarchy continued to thrive and colonize the world. It's one of those great things about the CG show that make it interesting from the very start.
All that being said though, I have no idea where they're going with this series yet.. is Geass a technology now? Will L.L make a cameo? How does New Britannia fit into the OG shows symbolism? etc.. time will tell.. I'm abit skeptical, but atleast the quality is on point so I guess they believe in their work. I won't judge this one based on the first two episodes as I'd feel that to be unfair to do with the OG show, but Britannias remnants still mucking about is at least plausible for me. Worst case scenario, we all just go back to our original headcanon that Lelouch just died and that his spirit was not transferred into the alternate timeline or whatever the freaking what... I really wish they'd flesh that out allot more but they never let CC give out a coherent explanation of anything ever.
I wanted to check this out but ….
So after all Lelouch did, all the pain and sacrifices could only achieve peace for Japan and Britannia for 4 years. Suzaku, Schneizel and the black knights, even Kallen couldn’t have protected the pact for Britannia/Japan for 4 years. L2 (Lelouch) and C2 didn’t want to comeback and protect Japan either? If you’re going to make Japan lose territory at least make this story like 20yrs or more after the events of Resurrection….
Or they could have made a grounded story. Following the civilians who suffered under Lelouch’s war, could be Britannian’s or Japanese who have been radicalised and rebel against the new governments. Like real life. Countries might win and lose wars. But the real victims will be the civilians who get caught up in it and will have trauma forever. I am sure in this universe Lelouch’s world wouldn’t be perfect for everyone.
The entirety of the plot became invalid immediately when you realize Lelouch was smart enough to nip it all from the bud. When he was emperor he basically had everyone dangerous executed. Neo Brittannia or the Republic would have taken half a century to form properly, which woulda given Elevens to become a superpower with the remaining Black Knights
Was it released already? I did finish the series and the movie trilogy + resurrection..
Honestly felt like a very rushed first episode, was a nice surprise it was dubbed wonder if the original dub cast will come in for any OG characters. The reveal of Roze's real identity was an interesting twist but raises more questions which I hope are explained. Like does Ash know or is Ash under Roze's Geass. Can Roze not control their Geass so they wear the collar to alter their voice thus allowing to use their voice without activating the Geass? Plus who gave it? Obviously those who have seen the movie would know how it plays out but it will be interesting to learn more and see how the story develops over the episodes. Also, for those who have seen the movie is this pretty much the same or have there been any alternations?
Keep in mind. These are cut up movies.
Is this coming to DVD English dubbed when is releasing date?
Will Lelouch make a appearance in this ?
The only thing I like about this alternative timeline is Lelouch hitting the biggest baddie in the whole series. C.C as they should've done in the beginning.
That whole chess scene was so pointless. It felt more of a lack luster wink to the audience who liked the original series rather than being something that’s vital to the characters or plot. All that scene really did was Roze saying “I have OP mech. Knightmare go BURRRRRRRR!”
Would have preferred if the threats are from Australia
Definetly an Alternate timeline
yes
Urgh that’s really messed up.
so this is why i don like people milking popular franchises with sequels again and again.
based on the ending of Code Geass, Lelouch basically killed all Britannia nobles, he ended the whole noble class, and he was supreme leader of britania for a time, his siblings need to be complet incopetent to allow any new britanian faction to be formed, specially in short time, if this was like 100 years after Lelouc's time, MAYBE, but right after, i need to think his sister is helping this new Britania Faction, because is the only way for it to make sense
no way ur getting upvotes for this stupid ass take. lmfao u didn't even watch lelouch of the resurrection did u?
That's the probelm you think Lelouch is an omniscient God but even in fiction characters are limited, if you don't think a world conquering empire wouldn't have splinter factions after being forced to give it up really nobles stripped of their titles and privileges would rise up after Lelouchs death.
Lelouch did not kill every Brittianian noble your pulling this out of your rear end.
@@greatsageequaltoheaven8115 Lelouch complet reformed britania social structure to take alway the power of the nobles, any noble that refuse was killed, we even have a Scen about Jeremiah talking about how he just finished killing one of the nobles, by the end of the show the Noble class was basically no more, Lelouch dont go "genocide" but he killed a good number of nobles and took away the power of the others
@@rafaelsantos-nl9jd I mean, Britannia was huge like a third of the world. Sure lelouch/suzaku might kill all nobles or knight of rounds but I think lelouch don't really end all of them because he don't have the time. He ended only those that came to him. Surely they are those who didn't go after they saw how powerful Suzaku was. Not to mention those that managed to retreat.
Is Lelouch being the Uncle to Sakuya or vice versa considered a spoiler?
I told a reactor this fact and I got called out for spoiling even though Sakuya said in episode 1 her mother’s name is Sherry me Brittania.
It was revealed in the first episode so not really.

Can anyone explain me what a geass shard is?
well Lelouch still alive in time era waiting him appear again to bring chaos to his enemy or peace😏😏😏
Gonna have to see for myself. But people trying to pretend that the organization Lelouch made actually being in any way effective is a joke. He already Geassed the human subconscious into basically dooming his plan in the first place, and then the whole structure of the UFN was perhaps Lelouch's laziest most abusable work, clearly meant as a stop gap measure for him to wage war, and then replace them later.
Don't get how Lelouch geassing human subconscious compromises Zero requim in any way. Are u saying that Charles's vision would be a better alternative?
@@suncanny1418 no, but Lelouch's Geass order, both rendered Charles plan impossible, and Lelouch's end goal impossible as well. "Never stop the march of time" what's more stagnant than a unchanging world. What Lelouch tried to make was also an unchanging world. Despite his "I believe in the future" BS. Add in how the UFN was fundamentally weak and easily abused government, and any zealot who thinks their dictatorship is the future now has the collective unconscious emboldening them to act so that they can progress the march of time.
I remember that Lelouch already used his geass to the nobles of Britannia to obey him (destroy them if not)... How the f*ck do they still do this sh!t... I mean Lelouch is smart enough to likely command them to at least obey Schnitzel after Zero Requiem, just like how Schnitzel would obey(Suzaku)...
I can understand it if it was at least 2 or 1 decade, but only 4 years after the story of Requiem/Resurrection? WTF....

Code Geass ended on a perfect note, so there's no real reason to watch anything further, much less such obvious IP mining.
Also, ever since Witch from Cringe Planet I finally realized Sunrise was done for. The signs were are already there (lol Yashahime), but I just didn't pay enough attention... well that and not really watching much of them in recent years.

As soon i saw Sakuya. Would.
In my understanding, only Hokkaido bloc is under New Brittanian Empire, not the whole Japan. Hokkaido is one of the largest islands of Japan located in northern most of Japan's territory. So it is wrong to say that the whole Japan, is under Brittania again. Only hokkaido Bloc has that barrier all around the island, that's why US of Japan & Black Knights cannot attack Hokkaido bloc. Hope this helps.
So in a nutshell a Code Geass version of Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory with a dash of Zeta/Double Zeta? The Neo Britannian Empire kinda sound like Neo Zeon.

AONDE ESTAVA SUZAKU E OS CAVALEIROS NEGROS??
Pretty much Gundam
looks at zi-apollo, it scream gundam. What is next? yeah Neo-britannia...sounds a lot like neo zeon. There is more? yeah, Masked political leader, definitely not a char clone
Peace is a lie
There is only passion
The moment they revealed the MC was a woman, I WAS SOLD ON FEM LELOUCH
(They really are related 😭)
Lelouch game her the geas after episode 3 im 90 % shure of it
I dont know, I think i will skip this one
Is the new one dubbed.
Yes
fem lelouch goes hard
Well the way you explain it feels like semi recycle of the story
So these are nunaly’s kids? Seems a bit far fetched.
no dude Nunnally isn't the only sister Lelouch has, idk why you think she was, he is the son of Emperor Charles and Charles had other kids. Sakuya Sumeragi is the daughter of Shelly Me Brittania and Jyugo Sumeragi. Shelly is Charles oldest daughter and Lelouch half sister. Which makes Lelouch being Sakuya uncle
What the F is this they shouldn’t make any sequel after code geass season 2 the ending was perfect
At least the new girl is hot as hell. The spinoffs always have hot af women’s first Leila and now Sakuya
Leila is hotter but Don't sleep on ayano
Girl Trap😲
Now i feel like they are destroying the legacy of code geass by keep on milking it and kinda ruining it , some things are better off not continuing, that's the way for them to remain a legend , code geass was famous for its ending, but by continuing it they are running that very ending
How the fuck is Shirley here….?
it follows lelouch of resurrection
pay attention pwease
Im still waiting for lelounch to make an appearance, roze/sakuya isnt that interesting
This is very weird.
I think every Code Geass remake has one major flaw; we didn't like it for the mechs. It wasn't' the stereotypical mecha show, and brought a lot of people who never watched mecha to the mecha scene.
A great Code Geass show would be something on the rise of Britannia. It seemed like Britannia had been using Geass for generations. The Order seemed to pre-date even C.C who was around for hundreds of years. No mecha's just go back to other parts of the show people liked. The geopolitics, war strategy, and simple but powerful superpowers.
Another idea if you just REALLY want mechas. Have it set 100+ years after Lelouch. There was peace for 100 years, but then war broke out and fleija used by both sides. Set in a post-apocalyptic, with people still fighting in broken down and repaired mechas. Which they have to rediscover the technology. Also Geass order could come back, and that's who they have to fight.
P.S the more I think about it this storyline would be great. Season 1 they are trying to recover a flying knightmare so they can re-engineer them. While looking for it, they also found out of the Geass Order who is trying to destroy any knightmares so they can rise to power. The Order seeing the rise of knightmares as why they fell. Season 2; they get the mech but it's damaged. It works but for only a couple of minutes. Further looking into the Order, they find out about Lelouch and his requiem. And decide they will follow his path. Season 3; Order and Black knights have taken two sides of the world and are now openly fighting a big war. Black knights keep winning, but what seems to be just having great luck. Towards the end main character starts his plan of trying to make both sides hate him. A mysterious figure appears and stops them and takes the blame themselves. It was Lelouch! Series ends with Lelouch telling the main character he must preserve the peace and become the new Zero. Also, it can put a cool ending where it seems Lelouch comes back every 100 years to bring the world back into peace. Always fighting from the shadows and finding an great fighter to be the image of peace.
We don't need a 100 years, all we need is to last longer than the treaty of Versailles. War is inevitable in that world, and no amount of Zero Requiem is gonna fix it, only prolonge it.
i think this anime has waaaaay to many plotholes already it should have been its own thing rather then a new story set only 4 years in the future
i miss lelouch
One small piece of Japan was taken over with a surprise attack and new technology (barrier).
You exaggerate how "bad" things have gotten to appeal to diehards that hate even the idea of anything post R2
True I was simply having fun with the video but yes the conflict as far as we know is only taking place in the Hokkaido block of Japan.
I guess you have never had an opportunity to learn how many square miles hokkaido encompasses!!!
Comment section here is garbage and shows people never understood code geass.
Sad to see 😔
Tbf this doesn’t look like a “Empire is back and stronger then ever!” like what Disney did to Star Wars.
This looks like a significantly smaller scale “Britannia” that went rogue of radical remnants of the old era that only so far barely conquered just a slice of Japan. That is much different compared to you know…Britannia being practically the rulers of the planet since the EU eventually loses to them and China also eventually flipped over.
So the Zero Requiem still mattered in the end since so far all the animated events since the three movies ended was relatively small scale conflicts like the Mercenary nation kidnapping Nunally in Ressurection. The world including Japan is better off in the end
They just ruined a perfect ending😢😢😢
No they didnt. Its an alternate timeline.
Theyve stated this several times now. The original Code Geass has its ending while the movie series is on going.
