There was a Jamie Oliver restaurant at the Vienna airport and I tried it out of curiosity and I was so angry, I wasted my pre flight breakfast on this tasteless food even though I saw nobody was sitting there. We have some really good restaurants at the Vienna airport and luckily next time I went there the Jamie Oliver was replaced with something better too.

I let her cook her way (which is amazing) and she lets me cook mine (freshly rolled pasta, marinara from fresh tomatoes, and home made meatballs.) Her Lab Moo is amazing.

Correct way to eat rice with hands: Scoop big handful of rice, don't use the thumb yet, then put the hand in your mouth, then FINALLY push the thumb so the rice goes into you mouth.
It is the Burmese way.

Press gently until rice and meat or fish stick together. Open your mouth and gently push the whole thing with the thumb using the other 3 fingers as a guide/slide into your mouth.
The pinky stays clean and can be used to scratch a spot of the face if it's itchy (no joke).
