  • The aircraft with design dive speed above 259 km/h has to be flutter tested by one of the specified methods according to EASA CS-VLA airworthiness requirements - the dive speed of BRISTELL aircrafts is 320 km/h. The ground vibration test is one of the methods. It is used to predict a flutter speed. The main goal of the ground vibration test is to check whether the aeroplane is free from flutter, i.e. free from uncontrollable vibrations, which may destroy it in flight.

I love this concept design! But would have been extremely awesome with side joystick or traditional yoke and FADEC controlled Diesel engine!!

Another beautiful aircraft from Bristell, I am very VERY interested! Few questions:
    - what will be the useful load?
    - is the cabin width the same like the 1,3 meter (50") in the current model?
    - what will be the (estimated) cruise speed at 70~75% power?
    - what engine will be used (912, 914, 915?)
    - when the B23 passes for EASA CS-VLA certification, does that automatically mean it can be registered on a Dutch "PH" registration?
Your answers are very much appreciated :-)

The work name is B23 for now. But the official name will be published after certification receiving. We plan it in the second part of 2019.
