You explain very well and very clear. Thank you. 2 years back i had thyroidectomy and was thinking millets are good to incorporate in my diet. In fact i started using it very moderately. I am taking Levothyroxine but doctor is unable to fix the dose. If i take 75 it is more it is 50 mg it is less. Every 3 months doing my blood work. Is chia seeds are good? I live in US and I don't get Indian seasonal fruits.

Madam, my TSH -4.20 ,I am taking Thyrox -50 mcg, T3&T4- within the limits . Brazil Nut doses daily 2 nut after soaking in water last night, may be taken,as per your direction. Please inform me the actual doses for above nut. Thanks.
