If the top of the tunnel is made with something other than plastic, will snow build up in the negative angle areas?

I use sketchup now, not too bad to learn if you are used to 3d drawing programs.

negative angle is weak
+immrnoidall Actually any hubs with struts that are at 180 degrees (flat) are weak but it does not matter if you go convex or concave, it is the dihedral angle that make the structure stiff. Try marking out equilateral triangles on a sheet of paper, fold the lines then form a tunnel, the paper naturally forms both positive and negative angles between triangles and is stiffer than either flat paper or paper folded only along the tunnel direction.

@@BadgerLaser I agree with you but I know some people who simply could not watch this - the motion would be so uncomfortable for them.
