The length of the bolts appear a lot longer than the ones supplied to us to assemble all the struts together.I might add this was a crucial part of building our frame,Assembling 6 struts together with shorter bolts was nearly a impossible task.I would implore Pacific Domes to supply longer bolts for future dome builds to make it more practical to aid when you are up near the top of the frame build.

Longer bolts make it easier to assemble, but leave a length of bolt sticking out at each hub. To avoid that hazard while in the dome, we opt for the shorter bolts in our kits. However, if you want longer ones that is also an option.

@@PacificDomesInc Yes it maybe a hazard for the lower long bolts but I can’t see how it would be a hazard if longer bolts we supplied for the upper struts as they are well above the heads of any occupants in the dome,Also it only appears to be when one is trying to join the upper components of the frame that longer bolts are required.

@@dude2850 I agree with this comment after just putting one together. Longer bolts up top at least should be automatically included. Gravity and height with out a scaffold is tough to fit 6 struts on it. Easy build overall but bolt length should be at least 1in longer
