When in my 30"s (1980's) I would prepare for downhill skiing with 100-deep knee bends, 100-push ups and 100-sit ups. Much later in my 40's for weight loss, I would pile weights on my body and walk 7-miles. I'm approaching 70-years old now...and don't even budge a muscle.
For anyone going to try this, here are some tips I've picked up:
1. Always bend your knees, if you don't, you could seriously injure your back.
2. Before each sit up, you need to prime your core if you want maximum results. This is achieved by pushing your back into the ground, so it doesn't arch upwards.
3. If you want to make your situps harder, you can try not bringing yourself the entire way down to flat again. This will keep your core engaged without a break.

I think u should do belly fat workout first and then abs bcuz its gonna take too long for u to get abs if u do that straight

Adding exercise such as this to your daily/semi-daily routine can definitely aid in weight loss. However, if you really want to see results, you should combine both a healthy diet and well-rounded workout routine. 🙂
