Honestly, when I make this, this is it. This is the meal. I'm sure it would be delicous with steamed broccoli on the side. You can also just add more veggies in with the stir fry if you want.
Do you salt your rice when you first cook it? Looks really good.
No, I used plain steamed rice for this and add the salt in the frying process. A lot of times, I'll make a big pot of steamed rice and just keep it in the fridge to use throughout the week for different dishes. I add salt as needed depending on the dish.
