4:14 this is why I love Pokemon. Take the character in my pfp for example. His name is Silver, at a young age him and Green (who you’ve mentioned before) were kidnapped by a masked man and forced to a life of abuse and servitude. They were turned into warriors, thieves, and just a bad bunch. Silver and Green manage to escape and encounter Red and Gold respectively. The manga doesn’t really treat Green or Silver as heroes or villains, rather as troubled individuals who are trying their best to overcome their trauma. If you look deep enough, Pokemon has a lot of love and soul put into it. It makes me feel like I’m not alone in my pain.
He also didn’t have chikorits and caught totodile in the same episode mistys poli wag evolves. He actually catches lotsd in advanced and it was not in the season as it stayed with his parents.

I've always shipped Brock with Misty. I thought Ash would end up with either May or Dawn. Although now that I know that May was 10 and Ash was 14 and 15 during their time together, I'm starting to get 2nd thoughts. Same with Dawn, she was 10 and Ash was at least 15.

Edit: But I have a theory on something: In sun and moon, ash joined the pokemon school near the start of the school year or something. Its probably been atleast a few months he has stayed in alola before returning to kanto. At the end of sun and moon in the extra scenes, you see professor burnet pregnant and now in pokemon journeys we see the baby so its probably been 8 months since the birth. So, the time in alola + the time during the birth. But dont forget that when Ash went back to Alola was episode 37, now its over episode 54. So, theoretically, if you add all of the time spent between it, it’s probably been a year and Ash SHOULD of had a Birthday. Also, don’t forget the 6 series before alola and journeys which adds EVEN MORE TIME in a year. But, knowing Pokémon, ash will stay 10 forever which means the baby will never have a birthday or anyone else.
He also has seen Ho-oh in the anime/show (whatever you want to call it) which he can wish to become the best by there is rules obviously he just can't say I wish to be the best and get a legendary pokemon at his grasp hes most likely dreaming all of it and what happens in dreams you never age in it but in reality hes most likely in a coma

Hey Mat Pat,I did a video on this a little while ago and Ashs age will be by the time you finnish this less than it is at the end of this video. As you've put in your description the Pokemon Multiverse explains it all and the Ashs from Kanto-Sinnoh are 1 Ash (Or Ash A). Unova reboots with a different Ash and Kalos Ash seems to be a more grown up and a better battler being connected (Ash B) There then is the Alola Ash that would be an Ash C which would seem to be a reset because Ash is back in school and this ash may also be the same Ash presented in the I choose you movie which explains a slightly different history for him or could be yet another Ash. Also I noticed you didn't use the Pikachu short from the first movie which celebrates 1 year since Ash met Pikachu. :) Best - Toby

I first watched this when it came out and don’t know what puberty was but 5 years later I know what it is now
There is a vhs tape where ash and pikachu celebrate 1 year together, though most of the video is pikachu going on an adventure Pokemon acknowledge 1 year has gone by so ash would technically be 11. Can you point this out.
