    Cycling for 10 minutes is a waste. A rider needs to ride at least 35 km Weekly 4-5 times If the weight is more than 100kg. Definitely weight will reduce. I did that and reduced 15kg in 3 months. Burning Calories will differ from one person's weight. More the weight will burn more calories for Cyclists.
