Spinach is also a source of calcium better than milk but when you cook you have to add lime or lemon to avoid formation of kidney stones.

Black coffee without sugar - I can’t imagine how to consume without sugar. I use jaggery instead of white sugar in black coffee. Is there any other alternative for sweetner in black coffee?

Amen to that Ramya!!according to Dr. Pal might take 2 to 3 years to achieve our goal just with intermitant fasting. It works good with Keto. I am 53 and not in any hurry to loose weight

Yes, I agree 💯 to cucumber! I’ve been having it everyday since last September before my meals n it’s so filling that I take less food. Also, I’ve been doing IF and lost 21kg in a span of 10months. My journey still continues!🙏🏻❤️😊

@@catharine9354 low carb & more protein diet. No processed food. Min 2ltrs water everyday. My eating window was 9am to 5pm. Also tried to be more on movement throughout the day other than the intentional walking. Portion control too.

Excellent piece of advice for the list has been kept simple and that too with ubiquitos items (although we overlook them) but without compromsie on any nutrient.
Also the recommendation is excellent as it is balanced with most of the necessary macro & micro nutrients that one needs. Usually indians get one nutrient at the expense of others for ex. protein at the cost of vitamins & fiber (common among non-vegetarians) and vitamins, minerals,fiber at the cost of protein (vegetarians). .

My best advise is have a solid less carbo n gd protein food. Lunch with minimum calories with lots of vegies n evening food before 7 or ,730 pm with fruits n vegetables eat night food two hrs before sleep esp snacks or eve food with cucumber n pomagranate daily
