New subscriber- stumbled onto your channel while looking for ab workouts with no planks as I injured an arm and can’t put weight on it for a while. I usually do barre/Pilates 2-3 times a week and this is a great alternative for the abs while I allow my arm to heal!

thanks so much for these videos, I have been following and using for a week now, and have incorporated them into my daily workout. If I could make a few suggestions - it would be great to have a behind the scenes video where you go into depth for all the various moves so we can really see what each move is for and how to do them, and it would also be great to have monthly calendars of which videos to use, so over a month we do the right combinations of workouts, if that makes sense
