Your fault for not researching the Solar Contractor. If this person did, you would see complaints over 12 months ago. Do do not see CSLB License number anywhere for this company. CSLB Website show this same company name under 1094254 but address phone do not match. All these red flag could of given these people to look away for another contractor. Internet has all the info you need but you have to put in effort to research.
