    Bahaha they compare a medium sized city that's heavily based on the farming and AG industry to the capital, silicon valley, and Hollywood. Where do they find these freaking people? ... "Economists" . Keep living in your bubbles.

    Fresno is extremely overpriced. Compared to other cities especially in socal it is affordable but the average income is much higher. In Fresno there are not enough homes or apartments so prices are extremely high.
    Most apartments need several roommates to afford it homes are way out of reach

    Everyone should have a decent home to live, and no families should suffer homelessness, due to be priced out of the property market, it's important for the rich to take in consideration our children, they are our bright future, happy decent home, happy children.

      Have you not realized by now that folks with money don't give a flap about anyone but themselves? They don't care if any of us fall off the face of the earth...in fact, they would prefer it that way.
