Now that’s the “sourdough bread” I should be eating. I bought one thinking it was ordinary poi. When I got home and tasted it. Was the best poi I had so far. Very starchy and thick. I’m gonna ask the guy if it’s hand pounded when I go back to buy another. I let it sour on my counter because had some sting. I wanted to eat some last night but keakua told me to wait till breakfast. Then I wake up to this video. Is there a Hawaiian term for synchronization or the law of attraction. Lokahi? Sour poi can have a very sharp sting if allowed to ferment long enough.
