Thank u Saurabh, I found your video useful for my knee pain. I could do most of them well accept the one that includes bending the knee towards the chest. Since I have problem with my right knee it doesn’t bend easily. That is reason I have problem getting in and out of the car, when driving I can drive with ease.
Still going to do it regularly to see if I get any relief. Thank u so much for teaching good techniques. 👏👏 I just turned 80 on July ist week but have no courage to replace my knee.

Saurabh ji I am following these exercises daily, and regular sessions also. I am very happy bcz at last I got my yoga guru. I was doing yoga for the last 20 years but with breaks bcz of job etc. Now I am doing yoga daily bcz of you sir. Dhanyawad, Happy teacher's day🎉

One question please,Saurav sir.I too have rheumatic arthritis n osteoporosis.I have been advised few exercises.Whatever exercises u are showing us practically are superb.Few of them were shown to me by a physiotherapist at the hospital.Toh if I consistently do these exercises, will my aches n joint pains of knees disappear totally🙂🙂🙏🙏🙏🙏
