the amount of work and love that Taniguchi-san has poured into his Yota-Hachi is awe-inspiring. it really is one of a kind. what a great little machine. so cool to have all 3 legendary drivers lined up with their respective Toyota sports cars.

Orida modified throttle response to compensate the boxer engine lack of response from 1000rpm to 3500rpm. A well known issue in the boxer line up.
I would have loved to see the Sports 800 Miku wrapped.
original sports 800 had a boxer engine. would have been cooler and more genuine to have fit the new 86 boxer engine into the S800 if it fits rather than the 4AGE.
it would had been prone to understeer if it isnt already
Boxer engines are wider than most other configurations as it is, and given the 2.0 (or 2.4, in the new generation), I think it would be a tall order to fit that in such a narrow car. Look again at how little room there is for the smaller 4AGE and crazy headers as-is; I really don't think it's feasible to jam a larger engine in without utterly hacking up the frame and the rest of the car as a whole.
@@aquila121 and heavier as they have double the parts, but the 4age already weights as much as a k20

GR86 is beautiful. It deserved a little stronger engine. ECU cannot even be tuned for headers, not even that they give. Supra 2L zf8 can rot in hell for holding back this car.
