Thank you for the warning about medications. So many don't realize how they damage liver and kidneys.

I am so thankful for Dr. David and this channel. I have been helped by other videos on this channel, like carpel tunnel. the hanging pullup bar helps that also, which was suggested by Dr. David. I even had one but didn't know it had so many uses.

I appreciate you sharing your knowledge but instead of supplements perhaps you could incorporate:
    1. decreasing inflammatory foods ( highly processed foods, starchy carbs etc)
    2. increase nutrient dense food
Low carb anti-inflammatory diets have been shown to help a great deal. 😊

Dr. David can I do basic no jumping rebounding even when my knees are hurting after a terrible misstep that caused terrible inflamation in my left knee. I have been doing the sitting glute excercise and the leg dangling. But I feel like I can do more. I am an avid daily walker but can't walk these days.

This is the kind of question that should be answered by someone who has examined you and is familiar with your case. Legally, CZcamsrs can't give specific advice to viewers. They can only make general suggestions.
