I am an atheist and I agree with you. Religion is meant to be read as philosophical book for moral guidance and people should not search for science in them. But there is similar obsession in atheist community where they troll religious people on internet for no reason. People should learn to live and let other live as they want.

Those videos are entertaining (don't take them seriously), and at times I do judge them for their baseless comments.
But as Pranav mentioned, most of these content creators are just making content to please the audience as it will help their channel to grow, instead of making a valid point in their videos. Because they know that majority people are way too religious giving a blind eye to any logic.

I really wonder where this country is heading. Zabardati when educated people are pushing in their religious beliefs into science, i really wonder what research they will do, what progress they will make. The progress of the last few decades happened with people who had their vision on the future, and now with people far more concerned at looking back in history, than ahead, there cant be much expected. The smart ones, like politicians play them, and people are more than happy to get played

I personally know a scientist working with ISRO. He was convinced that a period of constant ill health in his family was due to some misdeed or other related to their daily pooja ritual or something.

Why do we wanna live if we go through failures and struggle? Isn't death better than the life itself, because fundamentally death is cessation of all the sufferings associated with life? And final question is that is there any way to be free from all this because we certainly don't really know if death sets ourselves free from suffering or not?

This is simple logic - correlation doesn't imply causation.
Being 'successful' (it is cringe when someone calls success according to their own view) doesn't have anything to do with being religious, theistic or atheistic.
Matrix movie literally parallels Jesus in the way that first Neo wasn't sure if he was the one(apostle of god) and latet realises it and later gets resurrected like Jesus. It even parallels Jesus getting betrayed by Judas when Neos crew member betrays him. But Indian logic say that there is Mantra in the end thus it validates that our scriptures are on another level.

I would call myself a fairly religious person but it is really weird that people always want to connect science and religion. Yep there might be SOME similarities but I believe they are different frameworks all together, and are there to answer sets of questions which are usually very different. This also means that people trying to connect the validity of a religion to how much its followers have contributed to science is pretty illogical, in my opinion.
On the other hand, it is absolutely stupid of people to pride themselves in being "critical thinkers." Is is a good trait? Mostly yes, I believe. But then again, most of the proud "critical thinkers" I have met just do the thinking on a very superficial level, and fall prey to the Dunning-Kruger effect, believing that them bashing religion somehow makes them a genius of a person. They think that it makes them understand and know everything from the beginning up until the very end of the universe. Note: This is from a personal experience so I cannot expand this conclusion the masses.
Also, I believe it is a fallacy to look down upon religious people. Just because their belief isn't in a research paper published by a renowed scientist, won't prove it to be untrue(even if it was). Religion is a different framework, mostly like a way to live, absolutely different from what science stands for.
Science is also an absolutely important part of our civilization, and should be treated as such, but it ultimately is a way of searching for truth, not the absolute truth itself (doesn't mean we will start outright rejecting scientific theories).
Most of the "science" people * I * have met on the internet haven't gone past the basics of relatively and will start acting all cocky. I find it funny how some of them have been so against some of the basic rules of some religions, calling them out for their lack of freedom and existence of too many rules and regulations, but then will go all nuts for a framework whose main aim is to find laws and rules (again not bashing science here, I am a science student as well), and again, this is a personal experience, and I am not generalising and counting in everyone else who I have prolly never even heard from.
P.S.: This is my personal opinion and I welcome any kind of constructive criticism.
