Great video Pranav. Just one point khichdi (made with right proportions of lentils and rice) is a complete source of protein because the amino acids in rice and lentils complement each other. Essentially rice lacks lysine which lentils have and lentils lack methionine. Thus combining the two makes it a complete source of protein.

I want to add a pattern which I have noticed now while watching fituber video with pranav so he first added things which we think is harmful for us by exaggerating it like junk food craving we all like junk foods we also call it tasty because it is tasty and this craving according to how fituber said it is bad, which I think is not quite right eating junk foods in a limit is okay, it gives you the taste the good mood. He also added sleep and all. Actually he is really playing with us by adding all the bad habits which we think we do by exaggerating it a bit and then telling some solution which are very basic like drinking water eating fruits and sleep well, the problem is that you will not face much difference while following his advice like eating millets and maybe you will be demotivated if you don’t see any result, because all those good things he mentioned should be done in the long term and not by curing the bad things which he stated like junk food craving but doing both at the same time and keeping the bad little bit low than good.

9:18 I think almost all the plant sources of protein are complete protein. That is they have all 9 essential amino acids(EAA). It is just that few sources are not sufficient. Sources like soy, quinoa, nutritional yeast etc have higher amounts of EAA. Having multiple sources like you suggested definitely compensate to reach sufficient amounts. But saying that plant proteins are incomplete is better to be updated.

Wait, I don't understand one thing, if fatty liver isn't caused by consuming oil and sugar rich foods, then it is caused by what? The toxins he talks about is the various excess juices which are secreted by the liver. He is not selling gibberish. Rather the big question is anyone defending the west on the food habits must look at obesity. Not a meat hater here, nor a anti-beef person but there are somethings where I am like can we trust western medicine on. Like even after 60 years of knowledge and research, they can't stop diabetes, hypertension and fatty liver issues in their society.
This is not a justification of the FITTUBER.
Rather its a question mark on the sanctity of Western Science. Empirical research can be saturated by biases which would go unnoticed or via corruption would be hidden for money. For example, everyone attacked beef consumption and red meat in west, when in reality, it was addictive substances which were responsible for the problems. Everyone talks about a lot of nonsense from time to time but, my question is why don't the above have any cure. Why has the world at large started to research and test the validity of ancient medicine when at one time it was considered as a fraud.
Maybe it is because the world has moved on from what made the West great. The west used to manufacture the world's needs in the 1970s. Due to this, kids where required to keep a fit body. Which meant students had to become athletes not for commercial gain as a career but rather to help with their fitness. There are videos of American schools where this was prioritized. In a modern services world, all these problems make an entrance. You can't work out as you need to submit assignments, on service jobs where the development of the body is stifled. Scientific innovation has stopped as esoteric constructs are being incorporated into western science as people refuse to do hard sciences and physical labour.
Blame people all you want but if applied sciences can't generate as much wealth as need be and if finance and information sciences are allowed to destroy the industrial output of society, your videos on this will seem like a person defending services based, bad health and bad economics promoting(secretly that is leftist as the left historically talks a lot of nonsense in its books and defends itself via its lies in its books, but if you were to go and do on ground research, you'd realize it is a lie, a scam worse than anything these guys peddle.), then whose fault is it?
Stop targeting people who are trying to get people to live healthy. Why don't you go after big corporations who promote addictive substances like, sugar, porn, oils. Palm Oil, which is imported from Indonesia is the source of obesity and heart diseases in India and the source of finances for Jihad in Indonesia. So, who is killing you? Is it the street vendor who buys the oil cheap or the laws created by Nehru and Indira which protect middlemen who exploit farmers to produce healthier oils at a steep surplus?
Economics decides consumption. Indians always had surplus food and even in the worst scenarios Indians resorted to cannibalism but very rarely did they kill cows. This tells you how deep the principle of cow protection is and how difficult it is for our country to move on from this. All you are doing is protecting this. Not moving forward.
Also, I challenge you. If you don't consider yourself a fraud, please critique, Hindus in Hindu Rashtra (Eighth-Class Citizens and Victims of State- Sanctioned Apartheid) by Anand Ranganathan and try and prove that at least 3 points mentioned in that book are blatant falsehoods.
Targeting Hindus on such small issues is easy but get an original work talking about why Hindus are the way they are and how rationality is in knowing all facts and coming to logical conclusion is a long and arduous task. But the reward is the truth which liberates man from all bonds. You profit of non entities rather than reading such original work and providing an honest critique.

This man behaves in his video as if he always consumes calculated food as per ayurveda fashion, imagine catching him in a club or Chinese restaurant 😂

Pranav, that "bottle gourd juice may lead to severe poisoning" is not consistent with you, your process and what you say. (one line from a website and you put it in video as a highlight - that is not your way)
Is it possible that your bias creeps in the videos?
Although I agree his claims are not scientific. But he is irrelevant to me while your process and content is not.

In that way I can show 100 articles mentioning detox does work.
Please get a proper job bro instead of going after a youtuber just to get some reach.
