I recommend you do four or five times a week ( Ideal ).
But, if you're time constraints, you can do three times a week:)
Make sure to allow your body recovered as well:)

▣ How long does weight loss take to show up?
The time it takes for weight loss to show is that everyone is different, depending on a person’s body fat percentage, gender, diet, exercise habits, etc.. It takes at least two weeks and significant weight loss and muscle gains will take approximately eight weeks to see. Healthy weight loss is anywhere from 1 to two pounds per week.
▶For teenagers- It's important for teens to lose weight the healthy way by making diet and lifestyle changes that nourish growing bodies and can be followed long term.
1)firstly think of a healthy eating plan, not diet; Fruits and vegetables every day. .. ( healthy eating doesn't mean going hungry)
2)Do home workout 30 to 60 minutes a day three or four days a week-that's a start, including, aerobic activity are running, swimming, and dancing(not too much)
3) Get enough sleep
4) Protein to build muscles and organs
5 )Love yourself

Shirlyn, i'm 20 y/o, and your workouts (specially the abs ones) are the only ones that are help me a lot, sadly i left exercise for 5 months, but i'm back again in your videos, your exercises are the only ones that don't make me feel so tired and exhausted at the end, I have always been a girl who has felt insecure with her body, and besides I suffer from anxiety and that led me to eat a lot of junk food, it is never too late to correct yourself, I feel much better after making all the workout, thank you very much

I love the pilates! I do them every morning!! This also helps creates that strengthens core and helps create the healthy movement in spine and it did! Love this and i recommend this🫶🏻🫶🏻

Very little, but the pilates video is a begginer friendly and it doesn't sweat :)
