Dear Kaiser ! great videos. Thanks. Would you tell me please why we are talking about Fermentation "and not respiration" when we describe the Macconkey utilisation of lactose ? especially because of its occuring in an aerobic enviroment which is the surface of the agar.

Dr Kaiser you should mention oxidase test because this test can differtiate between gram negative rod I mean enterobacteriaceae is negative oxidase reaction on filter paper and psedomonas is oxidase positive😀
