    Why don´t you do it the other way around; have H2O2 in the plate, then add the Catalese postive bacteria - (Streptococos aureus) in?

      H2O2 is very unstable and would likely break down quickly in a plate vs a sealed bottle.

    How can Catalese break down Hydrogen peroxide - H2O2 into water H2O and oxygen O2, when water plus oxygen would be: H2O + O2 = H2O3?

      It uses more than one H2O2 molecule. 2H2O2 -> 2H2O + O2
