Kettlebells have limits, pros/cons. Theyre not some secret super technique thatll explode your results. They work for some things, but when you become advanced theyre literally the equivalent of a home workout forreal..people with strong cores and good balance will not struggle kuch doing kettlbell workouts, especially if youre strong. These folks are selling fitness programs and gear, pushing a narrative, targeting beginners/novices. The basic barbell, dumbbell, power rack and bench combo is all you need uf youre going home gym, not a million different kettlbells doing modifying suboptimal versions of traditional lifts. The reason alot of folks get stronger using Kettlebells is the demand on the core, most undertrain their core and dont understand that core strengthening will increase your lifts across the board. But you dont need a KB to increase your core strength and stability.

The secret to kettle bell training is to avoid the nonsense...Use your precious time in your life banging out "Around the world" calisthenics routine every other day and progressing on the following compound movements...slight incline bench press...with either parallel bar dips or incline close grip bench press...military press...squat...alternating with leg press each lower body workout...rdls...a supported row...and either deadlift or to really overload the back rack pulls...accessory work consisting of calve raises alternating between standing and seated...the biceps will get enough stimulation for growth if you are not happy with your bicep growth then add a bicep curl that works the biceps efficiently...triceps get plenty of stimulation for strength and growth growth from the bench presses...dips...military presses...for a complete program for natural lifters feel free to dm...Big up to Jeff Bridges for his kettle balls...Nice 1.

People have been doing this in labor jobs since forever. Imagine some people pay a gym to do it.
