My favorite workout. I have been doing this workout, and only this workout, for 6 months now. I have been really enjoying the results that I have achieved so far. Are there workouts that offer faster results? Of course there are, but I am in no rush. It's all about the journey for me, not the destination.
You could try doing some other lifts besides the same 2 for 6 months. Like a squat or deadlift, overhead press are just 3 of literally hundreds. Why would you limit yourself? How about push-ups and pullups?
What other kettlebell workouts offer faster results? I feel like s&s bulletproofs you against injury if you decide to switch to another regime after attaining simple. And the best way to achieve the swings and getup benchmarks is to do them every day.
The 10 reps TGU, how do you break that up? Do you do the first set right hand and then the next set left hand then keep switching like that, or do you do 5 and 5?

Focus on your hips and squeeze your gluten to achieve "full lockout". If your arms are a bit bent, it doesn't matter.

Build yourself up on the Get Up or ditch the exercise. It won't make any difference in your kettlebell training, friend.
