I do those first group of leg lifts over the kettlebell at the gym, and trust me, it's harder than it looks. Esp when you don't let your heel touch the floor. I tried one day as a "warm up"... lol... That ish was a workout!🙌🏾

Thanks for this. Only issue i had was not having enough time during transition to observe the new exercise. I found by the time I figured out the form you’d moved on to a new exercise. So I missed quite a bit of the reps.

@@naugladur8534 this video is just a guide. I’m doing his Kettlebell intro program on his app. When you factor in the multiple sets of each exercise yes it does get long. Takes me an hour and a half to complete each session.

Love this format, but I would recommend keeping the transition between exercises. As a viewer trying to follow along it takes me a few seconds to change over to a new movement, and by the time I’m starting the set it’s already halfway over. Keep up the awesome content!
One thing I would love to know! Is kettlebell considered cardio or weightlifting or mix of both? And does it burn more calories? Can i skip cardio and weightlifting and focus more on kettlebell?
It really depends on the type of exercises you do with kettlebell, you can use them for cardio, hypertrophy, or mix both of them.
I feel like 1 round of this will be enough for the first few weeks 😂😂
I like the workout but here are my suggestions:
- longer intervals for each exercise
- audible timer countdown for switching to next exercise (I should be able to tell when it's time switch without keeping eyes glued to the screen)
- show yourself transition to the next exercise! It takes a few seconds to transition and your video should reflect that.
I felt like I had to slow your video down to partial speed because some exercises I could only get a few reps in before you had already switched to the next one.
