- Do you have some leftover fabrics? Often we have small amounts of fabric leftover from larger projects, often 2 1/2" strips, but in this case, any size leftovers work. Cut into a single repeating shape, they can be made into delicious colourful quilt. How delicious! - so many possibilities....... Have fun!

Love this idea. If you did a folded corner in a bright color when you join then it would look like a flower. Thanks for showing all the layouts.
Great ideas! I love that you’ve prepared examples of them. Who would have thought that that simple shape could be so versatile? I particularity like them on the half square triangles. Thank you for your videos, I always come away with something I want to try!
Great ideas!
The effect with the 2 tone triangle is great
I screenshot videos when I want to remember a cool block or idea. I think this video breaks the record on how many screenshots I took! So many great variations of a simple block!
Really like the half square triangle idea. Looks like great fun. Thank you so much for sharing.

Wow! What fun. Thank you.
I have made this quilt before, the blocks reminded me of flowers.I made King size quilt which was a lot of work but so worth the end result.
Just love your videos!
Thank you for another inspiering tutorial! :-)
Really like ideas with scraps, excellent video.
I have this pattern from jelly rolls in a book. Thank you for the tips!
That block behind you makes it look as though you have horns coming out of your head 🤣🤣
Thank you so much 😊
Great idea it looks very complicated but it’s not …..
Did you use straight stitch appliqué? I couldn't tell from the video. Perhaps once it's quilted, it doesn't matter how the shapes are finished.
Would you recommend sewing the fusible fabric or just leaving it like that?
Great idea. Are you appliquing the shapes on?
Once you put the shape on the square with the fusible, do you stitch around it to applique it? I'm a newbie 😌
from Patricia not Nick Thank you for all these wonderful ideas!!!
Looks like X and O's. The last one
Great
❤️
Nice idea, much appreciated but the video was hard to watch as it was quite often blurry or out of focus. Also panning closer and farther away was a bit queasy. Thanks
