Wave Sunset

A Wave Landscape Sunset I have finally completed the sunset. This has been my most ambitious piece to date. It is constructed using a number of different techniques. I first envision the design and then have to go to my scrap fabrics and see if I can find the colors that I have "seen" I won't purchase new fabrics, so many times I have to be creative as I don't find all the colors in my upcycled selection. This time I used fabric strips from sheets from my summer and jewel tone boxes and added some tie dyed strips from shirts that I had refashioned to fit me.
