    Hi didi... Yesterday i watched this vdo and tried these workout to tone my thigh.... I am in my weight loss journey i am so close to my ideal now... Today mrng when i checked my weight i lost 500gms with this workout also as u said i felt strong in my lower body.... Thanks didi 🥰🥰

    I think aap measure tape thoda zyada tight krke size check kr rhi ho.. I noticed your back got better like lifted up and stronger.. So I think vha inches lose krne se better he vo stronger bane bcoz That looks really much better.. vrna fir flat ho jaega to acha bhi nhi dikhega ... And also not good in far future when girls carry baby.. Bigger and stronger back is better.. btw Loved your workout... Peace ✌🏼 stay blessed and protected 😇

      Start eating 200 calories less than your maintenance calorie with atleast 25%of protein in it ... You can also try healtify me app for this

      This is how i started When I wanted to lose weight at that time i was 16 yrs old and my weight was 82 kg & currently my weight fluctuates between 48-50 kgs and my age is 17

    If I'm not wrong ur thigh was 21.5
    You measured thigh, near to knees
