Agreed!! (I watched a tiktok reaction video the other day from another youtuber and was quite shocked to not see credit given anywhere. Beyond that the tiny username that's normally visible somewhere had been cropped so it was completely uncredited even if looking very closely. I was very disappointed as I wanted to share one of the tiktoks but not the whole set found in the youtube video. That was when I fully realized how spoiled I'd gotten from what a good job Charlotte does with giving credit and making the tiktoks easy to find!)

I absolutely love how confident Charlotte is, whether she is right or wrong. I was on the floor laughing my a** off when she did not understand the first one. As she was sitting there telling everyone they are jealous and that they suck. Because that woman found a husband and they didn't. Also telling them to not judge other people's relationships and even calling herself out for not being married. Made me laugh harder than I have in a very long time.😂
So now for the actual storyline....they met, they got married, they went on tik tok....all the sudden...other women notice him and his supposed to be "good looks", he likes said attention, HE acts like he doesn't know who his WIFE is!! Now his wifey just wasn't having it and showed up with ALLLLL the receipts!! Ha ha ha

As a mom of 4 boys it’s my biggest fear that they’ll hear my husband and I or walk in, I lock my room down like Fort Knox, and we have the TV playing music because I just can’t risk it. My youngest is 14 now and I’m sure they all know if they hear music in our room to stay away. Lol
I used to vacuum when I put the kids down. That way they don’t wake up to noises and they’re out super quick.

@@melissacoviello2886 lol well I’m hard of hearing, so I know sign and can often be loud without noticing. So my mom suggested it to me as that’s what her mother did and apparently my mother as well. But since I’m hard of hearing and partially deaf in my right ear, I figured I should do it as a precaution in case she didn’t get my hearing issues. And she didn’t. She hears soooo well. Like sonar.

Love you, Charlotte! Gotta say, the tarantula dropping on the little boy was an extreme second-hand trigger for me. As a mom of a kid that is seeking therapy to get over their phobia of tarantulas (yep, it's specific), the likelihood of that poor child developing a phobia is pretty big from that. The fact that the teacher didn't even appear to apologize to him and talk him through it while she was scooping it back up was not okay. :(
I see what you mean about her not talking the boy through it, but tbh somebody else was and she was prolly trying to hold in her panic too and make sure the spider was safe and felt safe.

I never comment on videos but here goes nothing. I'm a nurse from Canada who could not for the life of me wind down after my shifts during the lockdowns. Working the last few years did a toll on me. The only thing that would get me to finally wind down for the night was watching these videos. I can't put into words how much your videos helped my mental health through the toughest time in my career. It was the consistency and your super real authentic channel that kept me coming back. I know you may never see this comment but you honestly are the best and this fellow Canadian is so friggin happy you continue to do what you do here on this platform. My x and myself were at a haunted house he was wearing a black hoodie with a rib cage on it and shaved head we were with a group of friends behind another group.. We had let our hands go briefly to fit thru a spot then holding hands again finished the area and came out in a well lit area i said well that was fun and he said "sure was but i think i will return you now and take my wife back" i looked at his face then looked over to my actual boyfriend standing with a girl who looked strangely similar to myself.. I am so sorry these past few weeks have felt like having a lawnmower for a massage therapist, but you kill it all with sheer grace and wit!
As for the kids busting the parents 'bonding time...' Well, I've got a horror story. It was our first night in a new house. The move had been anything but smooth and my husband was in a very dark 'mood.' We finally got the kids in bed and I decided that hubby and I both needed a little cheering up. I lit the candles and convinced him to get into the massive two person master bathtub with me.
I was happily enjoying my bedtime snack and suddenly the door busts open, our eight year old screams like he's just witnessed a murder and he RUNS.
Welp, that did it. Mood broken. Hubs went straight to bed and I donned my robe to deal with the situation. Sure enough, the boy had ran STRAIGHT to his sister and hysterically told her everything.
I deserve an Oscar for the gaslighting performance I put on that night. First, sternly barked at the boy for coming into our space without knocking. I knew he couldn't have seen a lot of details because there were just two tealight candles, so I went for the big bluff. I asked him what he thought he saw. Then I rolled my eyes and said "Wow. I can't believe that your head went straight to *that*."
Then the coverup. "You know how dad's been real grumpy all day?"
"Yeah."
"Well, I was TRYING to get him out of his funk. I got him to take a bubble bath. Be silly. He was being stubborn so I zerberted his belly."
The 'zerbert' is the thing where you blow air onto someone's stomach and it makes a fart sound. It was the height of comedy in our house during the toddler years. My daughter immediately relaxed and said "THAT makes sense." The boy wasn't so easily buying it. There was a pause as he studied my face intently and his brain asked himself what he REALLY saw. Finally he accepted the lie.
More than a decade later the incident came up during a family dinner. The kids got a good laugh out of the misunderstanding.
I decided to fess up. The shock on their faces when I told them the truth was hysterical. I told them that they needed to remember how I pulled it off when their own time came.

Adult women (like 40+) really like Barbie! A former teacher of mine took her teen daughters, and they all loved it! She was always about positivity, and women supporting women… and this was 10 years ago. She had a cute little group at my school, and we learned how to use empathy, self respect, compassion, courage, community, and so much more

So now the wife dropping receipts on her shady husband.
I don't know why their ages were made part of the story, it's irrelevant. The "husband" is being a dog.
She’s “dropping receipts”, leads me to think she’s paying for everything!! She’s his “Sugar Momma”! He’s just USING HER, IMHO!!!!
I think it's because it's non-traditional for a 24 y/o man to marry a 48 y/o woman, so people thought it was a bunk marriage in the first place. Had they been closer in age, the wife may not have had to bring the receipts to be believed. But the point is clear, he is wrong for pretending he's not married.

For that first video, people on tiktok aren't the ones saying they aren't married. HE is saying he isn't married because he got a bunch of attention from other women. At least according to the woman who made the video.
My 12 year old son told us that he heard us one time and it was hilarious. He was playing videogames and heard a noise. The way he described it had me in stitches. I told him that I am surprised he hadn't heard anything before given that most adults have it a few times per month. The reaction was priceless. Now we are more paranoid. And quiet.

I saw Barbie opening night and i loved it - it made me cry. I haven't kept up with reviews and reponses since - I liked the fact that it was messy and complicated because real life is.
I think it was the fact that it was messy but then resolved almost magically. It was a great movie tho I really liked it over all.
It made me tear up too. Partly for myself and partly for my clients (I'm a therapist). I see so many phenomenal people who don't feel good enough. I wish they could see that they're physically beautiful, intelligent, creative beings that make the world lovely by their existence. They don't have to do or be anything else than what they already are.

Thank you for being able to continue when things are rough; I know it as a fact. I suffer from severe depression, situational anxiety, and PTSD. It has been rough since January of this year. My anxiety attacks became so bad that I would literally freeze at my front door and could not leave my home, to work, to shop, to socialize. I have been put off work for a year. Now I worry about rent, groceries, etc and my days are filled with fears and insecurities. But having someone like you - who knows how some of my problems feel - to keep moving when the fears say stop is deeply moving. Thank you, Charlotte... thank you
