Wonderful kitchen! The boy room is also beautiful. The spaces are amazing, but decorated to a very particular taste.

Great to have another tour from you! This house is beautiful. Great bones, with all the skylights, underfloor heating, ceiling speakers. I personally don't like the interior decoration or colour scheme, too traditional for my taste. The plot is sloping down, so interestingly, they decided to build to house in a way to get the basement to have more light. This means at the back of the house there is no ground level access to the beautiful garden. I am not sure I would have built in that way - I think it would be nicer to have direct garden access from the living room and kitchen, to bring the outdoors more in.

Not sure I understand your point about direct access to the garden through the living room and Kitchen. There's 2 reception rooms on the ground floor facing the garden. One has direct access to the garden and the so does the kitchen. Are you saying you would want all the rooms at the back of the house on the ground floor to have direct access to the garden?🤔
Hi sorry for not being clear. Yes I was thinking level access to the garden at the back would be nicer. I think the way it has been done is there is access from the kitchen but down some stairs. Overall a lovely house though, and thank you for this. I will now watch your next video - Mayfair sounds very interesting !!

Nice location and proportions but the decor is a bit old fashioned.
It's a bit chintzy. Needs modernising. New staircase, new modern light kitchen, new white walls etc
I quite like its traditional ways. Right buyer will find it. And considering all the super modern homes we see on the market it's nice to see something different. 😊

Dear M.S. Nice place to live and a nice garden but no direct access to the main road , ( if your neighbors change their plans, you will be landlocked),
No pool, No sauna, No tennis court or a badminton court .Asking price is very high. Best Wishes and Profound Regards
NONE of your comments makes sense, you wrote on a previous comment "kindly negotiate the asking price" why the hell would she do that, she is just making a video about the property, if you want to negotiate the asking price then contact the agent and talk to them yourself. Stupid to ask a you-tuber to negotiate for you a price
@ 30 seconds you can clearly see the house has TWO access points from the road, so why are you saying "no direct access to the main road"????? The neighbour has nothing to do with being able to access the property
No tennis court No pool No badminton court??????? where is it possible to put these???? the garden is not big enough for a pool or a tennis court,(do you even know how big a tennis court is?) a badminton court maybe..... you could put a net in the garden and just play i suppose. But i have never seen a property with a badminton court.... EVER!!!
If you want a sauna you could remove the wine room and knock a few walls down and put it in there

Maybe not according to you, but according to the person who buys it then it's worth it. The value of anything is what someone is prepared to pay. And i'm pretty sure it's sold now
Terrible review, you missed out the:
1. Ground floor toilet
2. You didn't show the pantry, you just opened and closed the door
3. Basement toilet
4. 1st floor shared bathroom
5. The attic room which is not in use, just because it's not in use there is NO reason NOT to show it. How stupid not to show a room just because it's not being used lol
