For me a home with such basement is a BIG tick especially I am family oriented. We can easily restrict gadgets from the basement. Lovely home. Cant really wait to see what else you have to showcase from Robertholmes.
There were so many lovely features in the house I can't pick 😍! I must say, that hallway with the ceiling light was particularly delightful 🥰. I love love love natural light so the lovely sized windows are a beautiful feature. The explanation of how you could use the different components was very insightful. I could see myself living there now 😬.
Maybe it's just me, but the house really could use some more design inside. I do fancy simplicity but that's just too much. Having a lot of space is great, but without immaculate design and artwork it still look questionable.
I think the idea is that the spec is high and the design is minimal so that the buyer can put their own touch to it. I've seen beautifully interior designed properties that get purchased then stripped completely because the buyer has a different taste. Thats why some owners don't try to do too much. You know? 😊
@@HomesWeLove Yeah, that's an option too, but not for me. I don't like half-measures. To my taste this house isn't ready. Along with this the style of the interior is already set and I have to follow suit now. And that's an option I wouldn't go for. I'm ok with either having a turnkey property or freedom of styling my home as I would.
Yeah I think the main parts like the kitchen and bathrooms were designed nicely. But there are some areas where you can definitely add your own personality.

The house is really nice but looking at the current state of the interior shows the current occupants have sadly no taste at all.
It’s a nice house but for this money no covered parking is just absolutely ridiculous with such terrible UK weather!!!! What a let down.
