The house is really nice but looking at the current state of the interior shows the current occupants have sadly no taste at all.

This apartment beats others that cost 10x more by a longshot. It's not about having the largest home ever, but a cozy and well designed one.

This is a serene home with opulent finishes to suit without going overboard. Is the property still available to purchase or not? By the way I love how detailed you can be, although you somehow rushed this one a bit 😜. Awesome nevertheless

hahahaha "you don't have to worry about having this massive extractor fan above you distracting you from your guests"????? I guarantee you that the extractor fan popping up from the island is far more distracting than one above you lol

The presenter is great, well spoken and really detailed in her explanation. My only vice is, please use another word instead of 'beautiful' . You literally overused the word until it jarred the hell out of me. I now will call my mrs pretty instead now, as 'beautiful' is now off the cards.

So for 12 mill I would have to book out the cinema room, and share the swimming pool..lol. I'll pass

Terrible review, you missed out the: 1. Ground floor toilet 2. You didn't show the pantry, you just opened and closed the door 3. Basement toilet 4. 1st floor shared bathroom 5. The attic room which is not in use, just because it's not in use there is NO reason NOT to show it. How stupid not to show a room just because it's not being used lol
