A very unique apartment. It's a great layout, welcoming and inviting. A lot of thought went into the decor and interior design. The stone bathroom is incredible, bathroom 2 . As always great presentation and love the information provided about certain details in the apartment.

I’m surprised when a property at this price range and seeing there is a wonderful bath tub to relax in it is not a spar bath ……. ? Question …… There is a property listed with Savills at a high price range of £8.9M with no video at The Riverside Apartments, Anchor Brewhouse 50 , Shad Thames, London SE1 … it’s situated on the Thames under London Bridge ……. It would be wonderful to see it on your Chanel if you are able to access it and promote it …. It’s been on the market for some time ? 👍

As the capital of the world really, and with so many people, almost its own country within England, London's many smaller markets together are much more than a micro market but I got your point.
Great tour, but could you also mention the status of the leasehold of these houses you show and anual service charge. It's an important info a buyer should know while making a decision. 🙂
Absolutely stunning. People need to stop doing recessed TVs though, they were an early 00's trend when TV's were thin enough to hang on walls but bulky enough that they stuck out too far. Now they are just impractical (as they make it a chore to plug stuff in to them and you're stuck with fixed dimensions every time you want to upgrade to the latest tech) and kind of ugly compared to just getting a thin TV and hanging it like a painting.
Both you and your cameraman did a great job, as it is usually the case. I do not think it smart to build on top of an old building because your new build becomes automatically subject to one day simultaneously being demolished with the old building beneath it
@@HomesWeLove Hi, the glass table is too large for the space. When the host of the video walked behind it I could see that if someone was sitting there a person could not walk behind them.
i know this is probably due to the style of the building rather than anything but i would not be paying this amount of money for this amount of windows...
