Yeh, they don’t tell you about the additional annual fees to live in this development. Body Corporate fees will be through the roof.

Glorified bedsit with a combined kitchen, lounge and dining room. No river view and seems to be overlooked by neighbouring flats. What is service charge? I think this will be valued at around 1.5m within a couple of years.
Bad reviews on Google from people living in these flats, makes you wonder why the developers find CZcamsrs to help make sales.
