I did have a desire for 30 Casson square (opposite the London eye) but this being cheaper and cosier has won me over.I like it! Good video!
Casson Square is great, imagine the views on new year's eve night. This apartment is also fantastic and decent value for money.

Definitely a 2nd home maybe for entertaining. The decor and light design is giving hotel lobby-upscale restaurant vibes rather than a home. Interesting property regardless.

What's the service charge?
Is there a fully functional gym/sauna and parking garage? How's the neighborhood, how close are the mall and the city, and so forth? gorgeous penthouse with enough space

Where’s the garden with the shades and the water feature. I’m sure I can do much better with that kind of money.

I don't like it. Too compartmentalized, irregular room shapes, crazy patterns, low ceiling. It feels "tight". Room themes are in dissonance, and too busy. I'll be honest, it's a stressful house, it's like bringing inside my public projection of self. I want to go home where I can relax, unwind, recuperate and heal.
Yes you are correct it's more like a collegue rather than a home. Traditional houses are best.
The decor is toooooo busy , plus buying this kind of brand new apartment at £8.5m now will guarantee it worth a lot less in a couple of years time.

Aside from the floors and some decor, I actually found it quite comfortable. Obviously not the best but no big problems that couldn't be fixed

Hate the ensuite design. £8.5mil and they can't even afford a proper window in any of the bathrooms, all the bathrooms can't get natural sun light 🤦🏼♂️😒

whats it like living in something like this I have crazy adhd and euBPD so peace tranquility privacy is so key but I see the prices on these things and its not exactly a price you would think of paying for a flat ? can someone who actually lives or has lived in a multi million penthouse explain
