It's a beautiful home, very personal. I like the attention paid to the doors and door hardware. The one drawback for me are all the steps, especially in the ground floor. While I like the way they are used to delineate the spaces, they are very challenging for someone who is older or mobility challenged, given that most of them do not have handrails. That said, I love the home.

Great to have a well filmed house tour by someone who presents well and has clearly done their homework! Fine and Country should watch and learn!!! Lovely house which though not my old fashioned style impresses and tempts. The only negative is the site which being rather tiny and overlooked detracts from a superbly striking building. This house needs a commanding view and the opportunity to be admired - it needs rolling hills and a couple of acres!
Really beautiful house, but it is so personal… it is clear that the owners put a lot of themselves in it.
Not sure if it will be easily sold, though. They’ll need to find buyers with the same taste.
The owners raised their family there so it's not a new development, but I think it's a great space overall. 😁
That taste is globally and objectively really good, shouldn't be a problem.

@@HomesWeLove I noticed Robert Homes & Company never list their home asking prices just as POA.
Not sure if you know this but this home has another real estate agent as well with the asking I mentioned. Also the comps in that area of Wimbledon is no higher than £7 million.

Not a fan of the "Japanese inspired facade", it feels out of place in Wimbledon. It's catered to a very specific taste and would probably be tough to sell
American house are much more beautiful and affordable too I guess in comparison to UK
Not necessarily . It depends on where in America you are (Population density matters). Plus, American houses are more accessible than UK houses so the Americans can showcase their best all the time.
