Honestly the “corvette” lights are the reason I bought my fat bob in 2014
I purchased my first Harley last year . FXDF , V&H big grenades loud AF. Dyna All Day.
I think I'm one of the few who loves the new headlight. It looks very futuristic and "out there" but the Fat Bobs have always been an acquired taste and divisive. You love them or you hate them.
I got to go with Jake the Dyna looks way better and it's old school Twin cam's rock ! I do like the color of the M8.
I gotta get one of those Milwaukee 8 Softail Fat Bob.

I’m a Dyna Guy not a Fan of the other… I got a 09 FatBob from the USA so I’m the first New Zealand owner and it only has 12.500miles on it and yep love it goes hard and will be gaining some mileage now that it’s here in New Zealand 🇳🇿
Love my 2013 Dyna Fat Bob. Such a great fckn bike. Handles / sounds / looks and is....damn awesome.

I agree with Jake, I like the Dyna Fat Bob better!! Its a much better platform than the Softtail!
Jake needs a communication device so he can also talk while you're riding...
Love your work gents. James, you need to get Jake on a Softail Low Rider (maybe compare to the Dyna if possible). I think we can bring him back from the dark side with its traditional styling, plus I love mine and it would be great to hear your thoughts. I don't think the Low Rider gets the attention or love it deserves. Ride safe.

New one does not look like a Harley, I am old skool and not a fan of he new bikes, but everyone has different taste, I am with Jake.
Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't the dyna version a 5 gallon tank and the softail a 3.5/4???

I've been waiting on this video! Softail wins in my book. Such a beautiful bike. Old Bob looks like a ugly duckling with the twin headlights, and weird taillight. FXFB looks like a modern classic.

hi, if possible, id like to hear a podcast or video of you guys talking about the differences between the two hd engines, m8 and twin cam. Pros and cons etc. A deep dive into them for someone who doesn't know the difference. l like the channel btw

Love the Softtail Fat Bob.... what's the sound system you're using? It's so quiet as you're riding and talking
I'm pretty sure he's just voicing over during the ride, the reverb sounds like he's in a small room.
The dyna version is a superior machine and user friendly for tall riders

Soft tail fat bob gets my vote
Dislike the Soft tail as much as I dislike the rear fender on the Dyna , I'm up dating my bike on Monday to a 2013 Dyna Fat Bob, one with the good rear fender, I hope I'm doing the right thing here I'm not into Modern bikes .

I had the opposite experience. Rode a few bikes shopping around. Rode a used FXDLS, good bike, but needed alot changed on it, bars, pegs, add passenger amenities, all things came stock on the FXFBS. If i coulda got into the dyna+mods for less than a new bike, I would have taken her home. Glad i chose the cheaper bike that was already set up so well. FXFBS!
