Personally I would have to agree in all honesty and I know I got relatively lucky to be match with an opponent who either wasn't aware how to time their rolls properly to its timing or was just very very unlucky. Still happy to made the list however even though there are those far better at PvP then I am who are just as or more deserving. Have a great day and thanks again SLB! \[T]/

I still wish From could have made Placidusax' boss arena as another PvP arena, that palce is just so darn cool fighting that giant dragon! Amazing captures from players all over the world, helps me git gud in my own play style XD

As far as topic ideas go, what about Top 10 Boss Kills for Elden Ring? I remember a lot of people being hyped up when you announced this theme for a Soulsborne video before ER released, but then it never happened. And with how difficult and spectacular ER's bosses are I'm confident it would make for a very interesting video! :)

My favourite arena moment was during a 6 players Free for All with randoms: we were having fun, when a WoG spammer, well, spammed. Without messaging to each other, we ALL instinctively decided to team up against him during the entire match

That backstep roll catching is something I need to learn god damn it was so smooth
Its not something you'd see high skill PvP'er use frequently apart from doing mix-ups but damn handy skill to pick up and hella fun once you get the hang of it as it allows a more aggressive playstyle with slower weapons

Unless they nerfed it in the time I haven’t played, you can do essentially the same thing with Great Spear and Halberd running attacks. Great spears are auto-timed, so if you press running attack as soon as it’s available to you you’ll catch the roll I haven’t played with Halberds much so I don’t know about that one.
@@DizzyTrendermen That's why it's good to fight against those unlocked. They aren't tuned to dodges outside of lock-on.

The unlock neutral back step is called a ravioli, I first heard and learned it in Bloodborne so I'm not 100 that's where it started but it's a great technique that traverses multiple souls games

Most people on Elden Ring only use the same few builds bc of how easy it is to acquire and wield them.
It doesn’t help that a lot of armour and weapons just look and function the same as each other.

I have created a duelist build
sir gideon ofnir, as many of his spells as I could fit onto a character with a decent amount of vigor, enter duel, spam prattling pates until they knock me out of it
extra credit if you use inescapable frenzy
The reverse back step backfires if your opponent doesn't panic roll. End up with your back to his/her face 😂

What level do you guys play arena at? I was 125 and now 133 and yet I cant get any team or death match games for the most part. On xbox also. All I get is duels and I want some variety, should I go to 150?
A level 200 character of mine doesn’t get 6 man matches anymore either on PC. Haven’t tried on my 125 yet.

it is a mechanic unique to the caelid colosseum though, he's not wrong
