There's nothing I hate to see more, right now, in relation to the selective early access, than a bunch of big names that get it due to being the type that jumped into Elden Ring NOW due to DLC hype = more viewers. Because those are usually the same type that also put spoilers in thumbnails and video titles. It's sad to hear that the long-time youtubers and twitch streamers are being left in the dirt. The Kai Cenat thing just shows how terminally rotten games like CoD or Battlefield, how little those games really challenge you is abundantly clear. He played one Fromsoft game, and now he's fucking hooked. Why? He genuinely overcame an incredible challenge, on his own, without anyone holding his hand, and accomplished something that still very few people in that even purchased the game did. He finished it, solo, hitting all the optional bosses. You just don't get a rush like that from grinding through weapon unlock systems or five hour bossfights to get uber-epic raid gear.
