When it comes to the general orders, in the fleet sailors dont necessarily have repeat them like a recruit in bootcamp has too. But they still have to follow them. Such if a sailor's standing watch, and their relief is 30mins late, the sailor just can't leave their assigned post.

Ranks and recognition along with chain of command took me a little minute to learn it. But once you practice those everyday. And you get quizzed in the cafeteria line. You learn them pretty quickly. Lol
