I remember that I thought it was a joke Captain Crunch
Karen
MMA on the back of a reproduction artifact / decorative piece stands for: METROPOLITAN MUSEUM OF ART in NYC. It’s from their gift shop and very expensive.
@E Neptune joking
That you return personal items to the original owners is a positive testament to your morals & character. God Bless!
It's also a testament to those things having zero resale value.
Also some of the storage units request you return personal items.
You two have such fun together. I figure you'll be with each other for many years to come. I love the banter between the both of you. And fack your toe! What if that bowling ball had hit your head? Mind you, I did have a trucker brother-in-law years ago that got hit in the head by a log after a boom snapped as he was walking by someone's rig. He must have a head like a rock because he took a couple Tylenol that evening. Said he had a little headache! Haha! A pleasure as always. Thanks, guys. God bless.
This storage unit is going to be absolutely AMAZING! But the police were so unnecessary... Honestly!
lol its becous of the counter wait from the real ones and the fake ones
All I know is the UK marks it 925
Are you going to be keeping them dragonball games
@@waynegray2284 not be rude but he ight bc he loves dragin ball like ecrything dragin ball so u chances of getting it is low
Hey jebus, I checked out that sword online and it's close to $400
Are you kidding me with the police coming to your door for a sign that blew in a yard!?!?!?. What a serious misuse of our law enforcement. My first thought was,...hmm mm I wonder who in serious need was denied because of the person who thought a sign laying on a blade of grass was deadly. Seriously people, get a life. If you don't like your neighbors...move already.
Chri..
In my neighborhood we just wait it out until the first person spaz’s out and picks it up
😁, usually the garbage man.
We’re the kind of neighborhood that pulls out the lawn chairs and watch the cops or who fights, EMS, ect….
There's always a neighbor who doesn't have anything better to do, but mess with their neighbors. Keep it up you doing a great work for the community.
I can’t believe the cops actually came out on that call. What a freakin waste of their valuable time. That Karen should be ashamed of herself. If she wasn’t such a miserable person, she could realize what awesome neighbors you are AND get great buys at your tag sales! Keep up the good work!
Wow, and here we thought she did not call the cops on your yard sale this year....LOL....what a real crazy neighbor. Instead of just throwing it away in the trash. I can see the headline now. Jebus goes to jail over his yard sale...sign landed in neighbor's yard....LOL. This new unit is amazing and you all have barely been able to get into it. Keep it coming. I can't wait to see more. Keep buying more units, we need another yard sale....Karen needs another reason ta call the popo on you all.....LOL....
Oh God, my heart melted when you seen the baby things. You never know how the story went. I know when I die there won't be anyone even remembering them because they died in 1986 & 1988 at birth. So when you said you were giving it back, it was wonderful, not that you don't always give the personals back but what it could mean to someone. You guys are the best. I hope you're going to be around a good long time bringing us your super videos and adventures.....
Those "weights" are grinding wheels for a bench grinder. Definitely do some research on the porcelain dolls because some of those are worth big money.
NOT ALWAYS CAUSE I HAVES SOME & NO ONE WANTS THEM ANYMORE
That wood jewelry box not only has silver but its antique go carefully thru everything.
You have to plug pinball machine in for flippers to work ✌️❤️
That apothecary jars is $10 to $20 depending on age. You can tell the age by looking at the bottom if the glass is thick and uneven there older.
Pre WWII glass is poured and can have air bubbles, newer glass is a vaccum process bubbles come out.
This is a very interesting unit. Don’t overlook anything; there really could be some money in those collectibles!
We had a yardsale 5yrs ago and the intitled "Mayor of Black street" , called the cops on us. And we were blessed by a visit from the city PoPo. It was only 1 day after our sale. All our sales after that , we wrote in a notebook, where every place , where we posted a yardsale sign.
That night , after the sale , no matter how tired we were , we would retrieve every sign.
We live 3 houses down from the "Mayor of Black Street. She has a disabled son that can't walk ,and can only be transported by ambulance. But she fought the city to have handicap signs put up on our road , because of her son. So the city put it up , in front of our house and then another one 3 houses passed her house on the other side of our street.
Love watching the two of you, you have hearts of gold!
Thank you!!
the UK uses 925 for silver - a lot of Indian pieces are silver, they love their gold and silver, so they are unmarked and need to be tested to verify
I'm so jealous that you give all the personal stuff back. When I lost my storage unit I got nothing back. We had a heck of a time replacing overseas birth certificates and other documents.
You would think they would be upset about the valuable stuff and want it back. Although what I have seen so far it was a lot of garbage.
Sorry to hear that
@@JohnR77 when you really think about it,, someone with financial sense would have started selling the stuff they cared less about to pay for the locker
Don't ever keep important documents in a storage locker.
@@emuhill I wasn't planning to lose it. I went through a difficult period when I was moving from one place to another.
I remember 3 years ago watching you guys and thinking who is this arrogant person. Then I watched more and got to know you. Steven you and Amber are beyond perfect people. You give give and give and that unusual for anyone on CZcams. Love you guys and you two are on my bucket list to meet
I thought the same thing about Jebus when I first watched him a few years back. Now after watching more and seeing how they truly are I think they are the most amazing people!! They do truly bless so many people!
@@Mrs.P2021 i believe they would help you if you needed help, and the content is incredible
That first plastic thing you opened was Vintage Tupperware, it is probably worth something.
33:34. Those are grinding wheels for a bench grinder!
The MMA on the silver trinket box stands for Metropolitan Museum of Art. Probably a gift shop replica of an item on display in the museum.
35:30 Demolition Derby Pinball machine is WonderWizard from 1977ish it was one of the few home models they made. There are people who are looking for that model and model type for parts also. The theme was what has made this one sell well. In looking them up on a few pinball sights (yes there are many of them , and many different prices they give too) This one in this condition can sell for anywhere from $50 to $500 depending on what parts people are looking for. The design and game were/are now highly sought after. I see where one was sold plus shipping $250 without legs. The glass and trim are cheap to replace, This year of games were easy to work on, not all the high tech parts, mainly lights, wires, etc.
I had a friend in Texas who's best friend has a large warehouse full of pinball machines, it is near Houston but can not locate either of the guys, the collectors name is Aubrey Graig. I hate there are cell phone books hahaaha There are Pinball conventions like Comicon. Worth trying to locate I guess if you are interested.
I just started watching your channel. Firstly, I love you guys. Your energy is fun and you are funny as well. One thing you have stressed is that when you don't pay your locker bill, you default on the contract you sign and then after 90 days the facility has every LEGAL right to sell said unit to whomever buys it and the new owner has every right to do whatever they want with said stuff. I just absolutely do NOT understand why people have the gall to say your stealing. Example for you undereducated folks. If you don't pay rent on your apartment, for say 3 months, you get evicted. You HAVE to pack your things and leave. Whatever is left behind you forfeit to either the dump or to whomever garbage picks it. You do not get to stay in the apartment and the things you abandoned are no longer yours. Same principle for storage units. Pay your bills and you don't have an issue. Don't pay and you forfeit every right to what is in said unit. Again, you signed a contract. Duh!!! If you end up in jail and can't pay, sorry about your luck, make better choices and STOP COMMITTING CRIMES!!! I'm so sick of stupid people who just refuse to educate themselves on laws, on contracts, on life. I've been evicted before due to bad situations or life changing events. Do I hold it against my landlord? No. Not his fault. I've had to give everything away, I've lost everything to bedbugs. I've lost everything in a divorce. So what. It's just stuff. It's replaceable. The fact that personal papers and photos are returned is so much more important than some game system or expensive crap you can live without. Sorry my friends but the human capacity for ignorance and stupidity is breathtakingly disgusting and I don't deal well with Dumb. We love you here in Macomb Township MI. Anxiously waiting for the next video. Love you guys.
When I used to live with my grandparents we had a Karen next door to us. She kept on complaining that our bushes were hanging on their side of the yard.
In the bread box is a beautiful blue pitcher that looks handblown.
Items at 13.23 are napkin rings. Awesome to find the swords especially Aragons sword from Lord of the rings. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Some of those round rings are probably napkin holders.
Yes, linen napkins,
Check all of that old Tupperware! Those can be worth a lot, especially with the lids still with them.
I see a lot of antiques so be careful. Dont just throw things around. The old bottles a worth money as well as the blue pitcher. A lot of what i saw was worth more than a dollar yard sale item. This unit needs careful attention.
Pretty sure those were grinding discs in the bottom drawer of those plastic drawers.
You two remind me of kids on Christmas morning everytime you go through units. So funny!
Wow that unit has so many layers...I think it's very interesting..but please be careful getting stuff down...
The small round little box thing look like old pill boxes, they are a desired collectible, as are the hinged trinket boxes.
Oh cool!
some are old snuff containers. can be valuable!!
Are you kidding me, they actually called the police over a sign, wow I’m glad I don’t live in your neighborhood.!!! lol awesome video 🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙
Glad I finally clicked on yalls video. I'm loving the treasure hunt, and you guys are super cool getting their sentimental and important stuff back to them. Good stuff 👏🏼
925 is silver here in UK xx
I thought the cops might have come because of the bag of (oregano!) cough cough! 😂😂😜🤘🏻
Not just a glass jar. I watch a gal Tiffany from Los Vegas that goes all over thrifting. She is very informative about all kinds of collectables. I wish I could remember her channels name but you might find her if you text Tiffany at Los Vagas? You know how to find it more than I could. No computer skills, lol. I'm old
Calling the cops over that! Wow! She must not have anything better to do. She keeps calling the cops over stupid things like this, they aren't going to respond to her calls.
Rite! She should be charged and ticketed for the abuse of emergency services, and harassing these wonderful people. So uncalled for!
She should be charged for harassment and making fictitious claims/wasteful use of emergency services.
The bread box is from the 1980's. Love watching your videos.
Wow! Seriously, your neighbors are crazy!!! Unit is great though!°
Your videos are the most entertaining ones I've seen and I've watched a lot. Keep being happy.
You bought stacked and packed locker. Good video thanks guys keep them coming. God bless from Kentucky
My parents have that bread box, they still use it, I'm in my 40s and I think they got it before I was born!
It's like this person was a hoarder and tried to sort the stuff into small collections. Masks, pens, dolls, weights etc it's definitely gonna be a good one x
More like tweekers and stolen goods
That third sword you pulled out is actually a kitana. The handle looks like it is made out of ivory, which is currently illegal to harvest. But since it has the dragon handle, it was more than likely forged in Japan in the Edo period. Samurai times, between 1500 and 1700's. Possible extreme values. The matching short blade is what is called a Tsabuki dagger, otherwise known as a su ic ide dagger; usually carried by the military leaders of the period. The men were never to be captured, but instead; use that blade on themselves. As there is no rusty or bloody areas, it was probably an honorary set.
Oh WOW this unit is way too loaded with great stuff ... look thoroughly in everything small & big it could have many valuable stuff... the swords are awesome .. Steve you are a dragon Ball fan and hope one day you beat the record ... be careful removing boxes .... that neighbor is crazy jealous... boohoo .🙃😉🤣... keep doing what you do... God bless... I love to see the other channel,,,, Amber love you ..🥰 always both of you make me laugh... I have so much fun watching you,,,, can't to see the rest of that unit😻
I just can't imagine how much of a PIA it is to have a PSYCHO neighbor for you people knowing how much good you do for people in that area...
IT wasn't weigths in the drawer, it is grinding wheels.
I love listening to you two have fun together.
LOL I about died when I heard your story about the police and the yard sale sign.
The Skylanders was triggering... 😆 I spent several years searching for all of the different versions of each Skylander for my son... light, dark, holiday -- so many Skylanders. This locker is going to be very fun!
I wondered why Karen was so quiet at the yard sale! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
She was probably told she would be charged for the response of the police and fire department the last time she called and they found nothing wrong again
Me too😆
So excited to see this one! I just want to say thank you again! We had great views and gained subs and its all because of how awesome and wonderful you are!
Awesome, glad to hear it!
Interesting unit, Keep them coming! Love to watch!! 👍👍👍❤️❤️God Bless
Those salt and pepper shakers at the beginning could be silver. I've had sterling ones very similar
I can't wait to see what is in the unit hopefully you get money
It's going to be an epic one for sure!
Wow! A yard sale sign set them off?? This locker I feel is going to be a great money maker! Congrats on this one!!
Crazy the police came out for such a petty complaint. How much did that cost the taxpayer 🤔😏😂
No kidding... it's just sad
If the cops had any balls they would have told her to go outside and pick it up if she was so worried ,weirdos
Hi Jebus and Amber. Good start on this unit, and still plenty more to go through. Lol Karen, I wonder if the police, dread seeing her number come up, and think not her again. Blessings to you both.
Great unit so far and great auction items!!!!
I was a 911 dispatcher for over 16 years and I freaking hate people like that. How hard would it have been to pick it up and throw it away
Buggers
I cannot believe that Karen wasted the 911 dispatchers time and the cops time!!! That’s so ridiculous and I honestly think they should get a fine or something for calling about something so petty. What’s crazy is you all are donating your proceeds to help the children and then you have neighbors who want to crap on it. Their time will come and it won’t be pretty!
And this unit is so freaking exciting!!!! They seriously collect anything and everything you can collect. I’m so excited to watch the rest of this unit and see what else you find.
The pinball machine for the right person, would be worth repairing
Storage buyers are quick flippers. They have to turn and churn to make their money.
I'm liking this unit, really cool stuff so far. Karen needs a hobby bless her heart lol. Excited for the next video. Thank you for sharing.
Enjoyed I laugh because the younger generation has no Idea on older items, so cute, love you both❤️❤️ time for lottery 🥰
I know. Sometimes I cringe when things are thrown around that are valuable antiques. But I'm always entertained!
Great unit. A lot of good stuff.
Very good as always.
It's crazy because we have leash laws but nothing is enforced by the governing bodys but hey nothing will ever change.
I had a moan about the local fields and the increase of dogs and dog walkers who were creating issues.
I said about a few issues and I was told to report it to the dog warden, that is pest control and has no idea about dogs.
Then I was told to take details and report them to the police, how nuts is that and all they have to do is send random people up those fields and dish out a few fines and then people will get the message.
It's crazy and the amount of lead dogs on the street that follow or walk in front of there owner dogs and come up to the people and there dogs on lead,it not on .
Nothing done and nothing said and it only takes one law enforcement officer to start issuing fines for irresponsible dog owners and maybe people will take note.
Even the police can't even do there job properly with general public, we are all doomed 😂
The system is messed up and all these XL bullie owners are getting a bad wrap.
Now people are talking about an increase of Caine Corsos and rottweiler so the breeder our going to create another issue.
There are old people walking around with frustrated German Shepherds and people shouldn't be able to keep on dogs lifes but hay PEOPLE hmmm 🤔
Poor dog suffering and it's no thought of there's is it .
Sorry, it's all messed up.
I like this storage unit. Look forward to seeing your "finds". Have a yard sale the first of every month. Just saying....you could have a lot of fun.
The fancy blue box looks like a cookie tin not sure if Germany or Netherlands ...you can't by them here only by ordering on line
Those metal overgrown rings are napkin holders for a formal setting
Out of all the storage unit channels I have watched y’all are the best.
AT 2:29 check those salt and pepper shakers. They are silver I believe . I sold a pair of Duchin Creation Sterling Silver just like that .
Got a feeling you're going to find some good items in that unit
That's full to the door but who puts a Bolling ball on top😁👍👍
I'm smart too but...squirrel. Once again, one amazing unit. I remember you saying that if the trunk was Dragonball Z you would pee down the hallway. Then it would be Dragonball P. The 925 marking is universal. Many older pieces don't have it though. The previous owners must have been very wealthy if they could have all of those collectables and still afford the special bag. The dress is ok, but the pulls on the drawers are worth a lot more if removed and sold. I cannot wait to see the rest.
Awesome unit fun watching you go through it.
A yard sale sign? That's on the same level as the Karen I have living next to me who has a habit of calling the police if my dog gets too close to the property line ... the things people have to do in order to get drama in their lives.
awesome unit and thanks for the entertainment much appreciated
Would love to see craft and/or sewing lots on your live auctions
Omg I would want to keep so much stuff. I would have a hard time letting stuff go! 😂😂
Always enjoy watching your guys videos so interesting unit stay safe
I thought my neighbor was bad calling the cops when my daughter came home from a date. Cops came for loud music and the date didn't even have a radio in their car. It was like he was just waiting, they weren't even in the driveway 5 minutes. Neighbors can be ridiculous.
MY NEIGHBOR CALLED THE POLICE CAUSE 1 OF MY SONS FRIENDS JUSTS USED THEIR DRIVEWAY TO TURN AROUND & he DIDN'T HEARS HER WHEN SHE YELLED AT him & HER SIMPLE DAUGHTER TRIED TO CHASE him DOWN & WHEN SHE FOUND OUT WHERES he LIVED SHE CALLED THE POLICE AGAIN, I HAD TO GOES TO THE LADY'S HOUSE AND ASKED HER TO CALLS HER DOGS OFF OF THE POOR KID !! I TOLD HER TO GETS A GRIP, I HAVES A TEENAGER BOY WITH FRIENDS AND THE BOY DIDN'T GETS OUT OF his CAR !! he SIMPLY TURNED AROUND AND CAME OVER TO MY DRIVEWAY !! LOL I'M BOLD & GETTING OLD TOO !! & I LETS HER COP/SON KNOWS THAT IT DEFF. WASN'T COOL & FOR HER TO GETS A GRIP OF HERSELF !!
I got home once, and my sister was mopping the kitchen floor. I had a horrible headache and took some Tylenol or Excedrin, and accidentally dropped my glass and it shattered.
She griped at me. I griped back it was too loud in the house, and I had to go back out again with that headache, while we picked up the broken glass. No voices were raised or anything.
So I head back to my car, and I'm sitting there trying to get the gumption to go back out to get my errands done, willing the medicine to work faster, and I see two cops walk past my car, to the front door.
Yup, neighbor called because she heard "fighting."
In reality, she was a former corrections officer, and her husband was a cop. I guess she missed the drama at work when she quit to raise her kids, so she started it in the neighborhood.
Love your videos!! Would love to go to one of your garage sales but I live in Texas. But love watching them on CZcams.
So far a variety of good & bad cant wait for the part 2
Did you do good on your last yard sale? I watched it and you had alot of things in your yard. What do you do with what you don't sell? I watch every episode of you opening boxes. Do you ever keep any of the things you find for yourself? Stay safe
I HAVES HEARD him SAY THAT he DONATES SOME OF THE THINGS BUT, IDK !?
@33:44 - Those are "weights", they're grinding wheels for a benchtop grinder.
Jesus hats a lot of stuff!! What fun!! Good luck, won’t be boring !! Cops are too far out here, we don’t call 911… Js🤷🏻♀️
Definitely a TON, and seems awesome so far!
I think it’s cute how y’all how old something is when it come from 70’s to you that’s old .
There were a few goodie I like to have .
it looks like the unit owners are from the uk or have connections with the uk quite a lot of stuff we only collect in the uk i saw some magic roundabout stuff
Look like lots of interesting things. You and Amber be very careful going through that stuff it is old and dirty.
29:09 its a cookie or biscuit box that once held sweets. You can buy these things in European countries .They aren't very cheap either
You might find it interesting, but until the late 1970s you could not own a phone. All phones were leased from Bell Telephone. When I was going to University, every year while I had my own apartment I had to go down to the phone company and get a phone. They did have push-button phones you could pick out. Things sure have changed.
LOL, MY GRANDMOTHER WORKED FOR MOTHER BELL TELEPHONE OPERATER
925 is a world wide thing depending on the age. If it's to old it may not be marked. There's one other mark that use to be used but I don't remember what it was.
In the UK we use hallmarks - they will tell you who made it, what metal it is, more modern marks will tell you what quality, although Stirling and Britannia silver have always had different marks, there is a mark for the assay office and a date letter.
@@sammygirl5835 thank you for the information. I knew there was another one somewhere
Those large ring things are napkin rings, used with cloth napkins when setting fancy place settings.😁
One of those things in that dresser drawer looks like a marble game
I wish I could meet you in person put you are over in America and me in England xx
One day! :) We really want to travel to Europe once everything gets back to normal
I'm really enjoying your videos. You and Amber are so entertaining. Regards from a Brit in Bulgaria.
Thank you!!
Thanks for replying!
Great chance love everything that the two of you do. Keep it up and all the best.
The container that held the seasonings is a Tupperware bread container.
