Steven, that table that you were unboxing on is a scalloped edge antique side table! It just needs to be refinished! Also the comics are worth quite a bit to the right collector! What you called a miniature grandfather clock is actually an antique mantle clock.
From possibly the 1880’s.
The old wooden dresser. Real wood, heavy, real old, worth refinishing, depending on the type of wood, could be valuable.
Also the table he was using to unbox on was an antique as well! Kids don’t know these things! Those comics are worth a fortune to the right collector!

23:51 that's a .410 shotgun shell. You can shoot it out of anything that'll fire the .45 long colt you found. Good stuff for rabbits and general varminting.
Providing the chamber will fit it. A Taurus Judge would shoot it.

Those old envelops you pulled out are from soldiers mailing from overseas to the U.S. We used to get them all the time from my dad, who was in the Air Force (Army Air Corps during WWII) and served during three wars, WWII, Korea and Vietnam.
I remember writing someone in the service and you had to use Air Mail envelopes.
I remember when there were envelopes like those, some even said Air-Mail on them.

That table you pulled out to set stuff on could be antique and it could be valuable.
You should keep water damaged old books. Even with the damage they could be worth a good amount of money and may be the only surviving copies. Also those old outdated speakers are probably worth something

The comic books with the .35 and .40 price on the cover were probably from 1977 to 1979 or so.
It looks like a the dresser is a Sear & Roebuck from the 1920’s check and see the price could some real change. I have one very similar refinished they are beautiful.

The amber glass isnot crystal, just glass.
They were used and sold at the restaurant at the Madonna Inn, SanLuis, Obispo. They are collectible.
I think those are from the 70’s and I think it’s part of the Fostoria collection.
Nope, I’m wrong. Those amber glasses are vintage and worth some $$ but they are Indiana Glass and they’re called Kings Crown Thumbprint.

the goblet near the beginning is "Amber" glass it is collectable

Looks like a .410 shell. I had one years ago when I was a kid.
@ 25:12 the Lladro figure. They usually have a 4 digit number on the bottom of the figure or on the box. I collect them and that one is small and doesn't have an animal so I would guess it might be worth $50 -75. They have some large ones that can go for tens of thousands of dollars. The larger ones with animals can go for big money. Highly collectible brand.
The odd looking head on one end and half round blade on the other end is a (presumed) replica of a Aztec sacrificial knife used to cut the hearts out of living men. I have a smaller version from the 1983 (?) Worlds Fair
The small shotgun shell is .410 gauge. And not only will they fit the .410 gauge shotgun, but they will also fit a "Judge" pistol, which will also chamber a .45 Long Colt round.

The "creepy" dolls haha. I used to collect those n the masks and alot of ppl used to sat they were creepy. I had some from Italy thru out the usa even some homemade ones as gifts. Unfortunately in my last move they disappeared along with my wedding dress I am divorced n my ex got killed going on 3 years in Aug. My mother in law made my wedding dress which is why I'm upset about it being gone. And my parents bought me some masks n both my parents passed away in the last couple days. But anyways broly is getting so darn big n his personality is awesome. I definitely love watching him grow n laugh. You guys are awesome parents. ❤

The blue box with the porcelain girl by Lladro is the Lolita Spanish Flamenco Dancer Girl in Blue and is showing on eBay solds pre-owned from around $60 - $190. Current listings are ranging from about $150 "Pre-owned" up to $450 "Brand New".

The long thinner shotgun shells are for a 4:10 shot gun, usually side by side double barrel but very commonly left with the wife in the house on the farm for snakes. They don't kick hard, have long barrels so the scatter shot is concentrated. They won't blow a hole through your floor boards unless you shoot straight down but they'll still kill someone if you hit the right. A fantastic shot gun but not so common nowadays. The amber glass you pulled out was most likely made by the Indiana Glass Company and the pattern name is Kings Crown Thumbprint. It came in several colors; amber, green, ruby red, yellow, gold, blue, milk glass, cranberry, and platinum.

I mowed lawns when I was 9 all summer and bought a .410 at Christmas that year. I’m 63 and still have it! It’s a sweet little shotgun!
There is an organization that collects clothes, shoes, blankets, linens, hats, bags to recycle them and pays charities 20 cents a pound which could benefit your Christmas project. Unfortunately they don't operate in Virginia yet only as close as North Carolina or Kentucky. If they do start operating in Virginia I will let you know.
I am part of the furniture flipping community and you hurt me so much when you keep destroying furniture that somebody would take and restore and make beautiful and you’re just treating it like trash. Now I know it’s ignorance on your part but now you have no excuse. You can sell that for decent money when it’s all old and wood! The thing you liked doesn’t have much of any place to go, but those dressers could go for hundreds after being restored and would go for decent money even before that. We definitely would prefer to fix an old piece of furniture than a new piece of IKEA.
And so now I guess you guys have heard at all but old furniture sure is worth it has character that new furniture does not have

Lots of people saying that table and the dresser are antiques. The table is definitely a newer reproduction. The dresser is older, but not antique and not great quality. I don't think you need to worry about losing money!

Those shells in that bag go to a 410 shotgun. It is the smallest caliber a shotgun comes in. And yes they also fit the pistol version is a shotgun.

the dresser you have looks like an antique sideboard (dining room furniture) but it also looks like the top has been replaced, and the opening in the middle should probably have doors there
There is a woman on CZcams. She goes by paper and moose. I learned there’s a thing called ephemera or something like that and it’s people who collect paper and old things and they love them. It’s a love of old paper. Many people love it.

I love looking at old books from 1800’s and early 1900’s. I have a few school books from when one room school houses were the thing.
Some of the old wood furniture can carry some good value at times to the right people.

I have a super old book thats an interesting subject. I have a "Bibliography of Famous People", with a forward written by George Washington. Its publish date is 1829 :). I bought the thing for 50 cents at a yard sale.
I'm going to say the dresser is older due to the casters on the legs. If you want to have an idea if it's old look at how the drawers are put together. older dressers will use dove tail joints. New furniture will use nails.

To remove coins from a bank that can't be opened, use a thin knife blade. It takes work but can be done. We used to do this as kids with our pottery banks. We used a butter knife.
