From what I saw, and because I myself am a 35 year broadcasting veteran, I believe that whoever owned this unit was a radio person him/herself. All those backstage passes, gold records, and signed pictures were a tipoff! By the way, I love your videos...almost as much as I loved watching you tear into those wedding cards!

I’m thinking they got married and either they split up or one of them passed away.. it’s crazy that they never opened those cards and it looks like some of the items were from the wedding like the iron and cake pan. One of them must of work for a radio station either in the past or they are currently working there.

I like that y'all give people back their family photos. About 15 years ago I fell on hard times and lost my storage unit. I begged for my family photos and they pretty much told me to kick rocks. They were more comfortable with throwing away something of no value to anyone but my family than to give them back to me and be decent humans. Still breaks my heart when I think about it........

The pic with Willie ect were the The Highwaymen was an American country music supergroup, composed of four of country music's biggest artists, who pioneered the outlaw country sub-genre: Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, and Kris Kristofferson. Between 1985 and 1995, they were awesome! cant wait to see part 2! That wedding money was awesome finding that! I was thinking the same thing, but unfortunately I think something tragic happened to either the owner of this unit, or someone very close to them.
No one leaves their wedding cards unopened, and then throws them into their storage space under normal circumstances.

And all I could think while he was opening those wedding cards is that they probably could have paid their past due storage with that money. Something had to have happened. Kinda sad.

I couldn’t imagine the grief I’d feel if that was my locker, imagine watching someone else taking everything you ever worked for. I know you guys come by these lockers legitimately, but still... has anyone ever been confrontational with you ,or tried to get their belongings from you?
I don't feel that sorry for them....They know the rules.....if they really cared they'd find a way to pay their storage bill.
I have a storage space myself, and always communicate well with their manangement should I ever get behind a little.
They know I will always pay my fees for it unless I am dead.
Seeing that box of unopened wedding cards, especially with the one from her parents makes me know that something very tragic happened for those to be there. No one throws something like that into a storage space for any reason other than that.

Probably died on their honeymoon, their families had to pack up their home's, couldn't bring their self to look at wedding stuff brought back to Mendy bad memorises, so they just stuck it all in storage thinking they would get too it later, but never could bring their self to do it. So just let it go by stopping payment. Who knows.

Wow. Someone was in a hurry to pack it seems, maybe a troubled marriage from the get-go. Jimmy Wayne is a huge county music singer form the end of the 1990's & early 2000's. I've attended three of his concerts. The unopened wedding money was a surprise, on top of the autographed 8 x 10 photos. You made a good buy!
