That solid metal thing you pulled out at the beginning is a water shut off tool. It turns the main water valve off at the road to your house. It's very handy tool to have. I wouldn't let that go.

Depending if you can find the Blow gun, Not sure maybe $70 to $ 80, it all depends, if it's made from wood.
The wooden handled one may be authentic rather than decorative reproduction. At least, the previous owner kept those blades in their scabbards.

The one Knife you pulled out of that unit was a Damascus Blade
someone was really sick if there was a food thickener. I'm a nurse and people are having trouble eating and swallowing ect.. they blend the food and add the thickener to it so they don't choke.
To string a bow, you put a looped end on the top, bend the bow and slip the other end in the bottom notch.
The knife with the interesting "design" on the blade is Damascus steel. Made by folding together layers of different hardnesses in order to take advantage of the best qualities of both. Often expensive.

The standard bow needs special string, I’m sure you can buy it from cabelas, bass pro, etc. the size looked like 28 or 29. Size should not be longer than your foot to shoulder length.

When looking over swords...one thing to look for is a 'full tang' sword. That is where the blade is one piece all the way through the end of the handle, it means the sword could have a much higher value.

I'm sure you have already learned but the thing you were asking about is a water meter key. If you need to turn off the water outside, that is the key to use.

Its called a curbcock. Its used for opening and closing water valves out side the house for supplying water.
Silver definitely tarnishes. I'm a flutist and if I leave my sterling silver flute out for a few days I have to buff out the silver sulfide. I really shouldn't leave it out. Ever. But in any event, I never use silver cleaner on it just some good old fashioned elbow grease. I don't know what they use when I take it in for it's annual physical. AKA: Annual Maintenance and/or COA (clean-oil-adjust). So for silver items get a microfiber towel, make sure its soft and buff out ONLY the areas with writing IF you can't see them clearly using slow and gentle circular motions. Don't clean the whole thing because in some instances collectors might pay more for the item then you'd get for scrap and some collectors like the oxidized look.
Also, Katana's of that style are generally cheap. The wooden ones might be authentic but the plastic dragon like ones are inexpensive. My Dad collected knives, swords, katanas, etc.
That "little rug" might be worth a ton of money if it is what I think it is. Can't remember the name though.

Its valled a water shut off key or water standup shut off key. I used to work in excavating business in Delta B.C Canada. Installed water lines, sewer, storm septic fields etc for residential commercial and subdivision services. Usually the keys are longer but water services are usually not buried more than 4 ft down depending on climate

That metal thing is called a crutch key and if you have a stop valve in the ground, you can use the key to shut your water off without having to get on your knees, good luck with the unit.

In the first 5 minutes you already hit half the price of the unit. A damascus knife like that can run 80-110$ then the red and black katana would start at 150-200$ for a cheap one. I would say check for a smiths mark but you would have to remove the handle. However if there is a smiths mark it can be worth up to 600$ or more

When dealing with Katanas, Check for the hamon line. Fakes usually have a ground hamon line. A real one can be worth a lot! The short sword you showed, was I believe a tanto
