Yeah, I was like... "Dude, it's just like a clock!" That being said, I couldn't finish this puzzle, and I am okay with admitting that. Haha!
If these puzzles weren't the cost of a car I would absolutely be into these things. Super cool stuff.
Yeah the prices are goofy.
Yeah I like puzzles too but I Just don't get why they are so expensive. I know there is a lot of work in these, but 30k plus?? That's quite a lot more expensive than it should be,I could see a couple hundred but not 30k +.
@@bradslone2409 Couple hundred? How could someone manage to build that for a couple hundred? That’s barley the materials.
@@TryvExtra- Hardly, that wood isn't that expensive You can buy a grandfather clock which has way more tooling and high quality wood for a lot less from most places. 1-2k would be an appropriate price for something like this. With electronics it would be 3k MAYBE.
@@dh4917 It does have electronics, and when I said that I had the electronic prices in mine as well. Maybe I simple don’t live in those ‘’most places” because that amount of wood plus the electronic (which it most definitely has) should most definitely cost more than 200 dollars. I don’t care to argue about price points up in the thousands bc I have no idea about puzzle making, or the time and effort it takes. Maybe it’s severely overpriced and this man is getting robbed blind, I don’t know. But I can call what I can see and do know that it should be worth more than a couple hundred.
We probably still won’t agree at the point, but that’s fine. You have a different perspective and that’s chill, I’m not trying to convince you to change your views just explaining mine.

That's awesome! Some years ago, I was doing some work in a children's hospital. One of the researchers there was studying the effects on play on the need for pain medication, or recovery times. She found that the distraction or absorption in playing games and puzzles reduced the need to medicate, and generally improved outcomes.. Which is neat, or just nice given hospitals aren't the most fun places to be.
You, sir, are a true hero. If there was a salute emoji, I’d use it. Best I can do is borrow one from a game called Elite Dangerous. 07

The name "Argus" is interesting, especially because of the reoccurring phrase "Now my eyes are yours". This cult or something or other seems to have a thing for sight/eyes, which is why the name "Argus" is so fascinating, as it related to a "monster" from Greek mythology. Argus is a creature with 100 eyes all over its body, and the ability to sleep with only two of them closed, allowing him to be aware of his surroundings, even while asleep.
