At 9:35, the black box on the very bottom of the bathroom box that had the polo watch in it, check under the top 3 sections. I believe they lift out and would be a great hiding spot for $$$!

You should always check inside the cereal boxes, etc. Some people may put valuables in them to throw people off, or just needed an empty box to pack. Worth looking in before tossing.

That is what they call a wooden valet. It is primarily used for like a suit . You know pants ,belt,shirt,tie, and jacket. So that way it is already there when you need it.. You don't have to scramble for it.

As you were going through the clothes, I had a nagging feeling the man who owned the storage unit before you bought it, was possibly a cross dresser. The only reason I thought this is because of the size of the shoes. I could be wrong, but still the stuff he had pretty much screams that he could be. You should always check under furniture inside books and behind pictures. Have always found money. Some times people tape money in envelopes and tape them in drawers and behind pictures
Old perfume bottles often have value with or without perfume. Some prices will surprise you.
Really nice suitcases can be $200 each. You should be able to get a good price for those nice cases.
